Old and dirty rooms. Clean & nice breakfast

The place is very dirty Looked like muddy water splashed on the outside of the tub. Bathroom floor gross. Room probably has not been dusted for years. Carpet is from the 70’s . The sheets were worn out. The pillows had nothing in them. I had a nice lady shuttle me to the airport. She was also in charge of the breakfast. Breakfast was good. Area was clean. Everything else in the hotel was not clean.

After a nightmare at a motel 6 we were gladly accommodated at this hotel at the last minute and it was beautiful, clean, the pool was open late and the room was very nice.

Room around us was smoking and up all night being loud. The accomidations in the room are outdated. Usually this chain of hotels jave been great stays for us. This one has fallen short. spend the extra to stay somewhere else in the area.

I asked if there could be an exception made to take me to the airport early the next morning (15 minutes earlier) and was immediately told NO! Then in the AM bugs appeared near the bathroom sink! Where there are a group, there are many! Never Again! I want a refund!! It’s December in Iowa! There are no excuses/reasons for BUGS on the 3rd floor of a hotel! Disgusting!!! NEVER AGAIN!!
