Very easy to get to. Very convenient check in. Room was close. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean fir the most part. The sleeper couch had crumbs on the mattress and there was candy wrappers underneath it. We also were under the impression that breakfast was free, but we had to pay for ours. Over all are sray was very pleasant

This was the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had with regard to any business transaction, let alone a transaction in the hospitality industry. My sister and I discovered bedbugs on our second night! After a while. we were moved to another room. The next morning with two days left on my stay I checked out anyway. When the front desk person told me she heard what happened, and mind you… The overnight audit person saw the bedbugs as well, she said is there anything that we can do? I said not really but I think it would be an elegant gesture to waive the room fees for the two nights I was here. Long story short, in the follow up to find out about my refund, I had an interaction with the front office manager who was shockingly rude and dismissive. In fact at one point in time both of them said well just because there were bugs in the bed doesn’t mean they were bedbugs! Absolutely unbelievable! I then told him that even his overnight person who moved our rooms saw them. There was that much activity!! Anyway… The general manager finally said well if you don’t like it you’ll never have to stay here again. I was like yeah right buddy. No worries there. Anyway, this was handled so poorly. First, it was a disgusting terrifying event And we had to go to Target to buy new clothes before heading to the laundromat to wash everything we owned - obviously we had to do that before checking into the new hotel because we had to be sure nothing from the Ramada came with us.

So we moved you to another room because you where not happy with the first room. Then you stay one more night instead of leaving the next morning and then want both of you nights free. If it was so bad why did you stay the second night?

People are clearly smoking in the hotel, it smelled terrible. There were stains on the bed sheets. The staff was less than friendly, minus one person who tried to be helpful. Would not recommend!

Upon check in, I was immediately informed that there was no reservation in my name. After 20-25 minutes, it was discovered that they had given my room to someone else. The manager was able to locate check-in paperwork that had my name on it, but was signed by someone else with a totally different name. Not sure how such a thing happens, but perhaps it has to do with an over booked hotel with only one desk clerk on a nationally televised game day with everyone wanting to check-in before heading to the stadium for tailgating and the game.
