This was an amazing place to stay! The views from the decks were beautiful. We saw so many cool birds, turtles, dolphins and fish jumping each day. Very peaceful and quiet area. There was plenty of room for our entire family. We appreciated the crib, pack n play and other items for small children including a high chair and sound machine. The host was very responsive as well. I would recommend Island Life boat rentals for a pontoon rental. We took a pontoon out several days and did some fishing and exploring. We also took a fishing charter with Saltwater Hitman Cameron which was fun. The kitchen at the house was well stocked. Thanks again for a fun family vacation.

Host is very attentive. House was beautiful and the views from the top can't be beat. I would say if you have teenagers then this house is perfect as the kids all stay downstairs and the master is upstairs. We cooked a full meal in the kitchen and it is very well stocked. We brought our own kayaks though there were kayaks there. We then brought our kayaks to Manatee springs area and kayaked the suwannee river as well.......

Nature preserve

Fantastic property on the edge of a tidal salt flat. There were dolphins swimming right out in front of the property. Every morning we slipped our coffee, watching the different shore birds like pelicans, spoon bills, and ibis to name a few. The town of Cedar Key has done a lot to rebuild and everyone is very welcoming. There are natural springs 30 to 40 minute drive that are worth checking out. One surprise was how much we enjoyed the lower Suwanee wildlife refuge. Plenty of alligators. The house is lovely and very unique. Thank you for a great stay.

The property, host and location were stellar! We had a fantastic stay and can’t say enough good things about the property and the property manager (Elliott). Everything was wonderful and better than advertised. Highly recommend this property!!!!

Great home with an even better view!

We went on a summer trip to Cedar Key and booked and booked Haven. The Dock and board walk had been taken out by a recent hurricane which prevented us from enjoying all this place has to offer. The owners communicated with us and we knew about the dock before going. We had an issue with the AC when we arrived but communication was great and the problem was resolved by the next day. It was a beautiful home and we enjoyed staying there. Great place to chill out with friends. Just a couple of miles to downtown Cedar Key. We weren't able to fish at the property itself but we did enjoy the Kayaks. Cedar Key itself is small and you can pretty much see everything they have to offer downtown in one day. The food there is amazing! Fresh grouper, clams and shrimp would be my recommendation. Every restaurant we tried was very good. Highly recommend the airboat ride with Denny Voyles. That was probably the highlight of the trip (Besides the house).

This house was hands down the best VRBO property we have stayed at. They thought of literally everything and we could not have been more impressed. The house was amazing for our family of 5 and had plenty of activities for the littles but also the space for relaxation for the adults. We could not have had a better time.

Comfortable stay in Cedar Key

Stayed here while going to Razorbacks vs Florida Gators game. We enjoyed our time in this lovely home. Plenty of room for 4 adults to have enjoy. All the amenities were top notch. We enjoyed the area and went kayaking. Would definitely stay here again. Visited first weekend in November

Quiet / Peaceful

Definitely a 5 star review - the only thing that confused me prior to booking was that the house looked like 2 units next to each other. Once I looked closely at the pics I realized that the 2 units were connected via a porch. One unit (with its own roofline) are the sleeping quarters and the other is the kitchen / den area. I actually liked the separation of the two areas with the large porch in between. Unit has great views of the sunrise and estuary with the gulf in the distance. Very peaceful, neighbors are away from the house and it’s secluded. Enjoyed using the kayaks, actually ran into a dolphin while enjoying the water. House was tastefully decorated and updated recently with great beds and TV’s. Cedar Key is 5 minutes away and there’s not much evidence of the hurricane except for the damaged boardwalk on the property. I liked it so much that I’m returning in December - I rate this a 5.

Pristine, quaint, and perfect

This beautiful home was impeccably clean, stocked with everything you need and then some! Being that Cedar Key is well off the beaten path, it was so thoughtfully stocked and prepared for all of our needs. Our family of 6 had ample room to stretch out, relax, and enjoy the privacy and views that this property provides! We have stayed in many Vrbos and can easily say this one was the best one we have ever stayed in!

The house was very clean. Lots of amenities and so organized. Might recommend dresser and hanging area for clothes in master. But other than that, everything was amazing! Would highly recommend!!

Relaxing Cedar Key Stay

Our party of 4 mature adults had a great time relaxing at this property. The views are beautiful and we enjoyed walking out on the dock looking at all the wildlife. At dusk, we enjoyed sitting on the dock watching all the bats. Just make sure you bring plenty of bug spray!

Views in Every Direction

Was a perfect getaway. House was beautiful with views from every window and balcony. Had a great time kayaking and just relaxing from one of the many decks. Layout is perfect for families with older kids wanting some privacy. Hope to return soon.

First Trip To Cedar Key

The property was great and the town was a lot of fun! The house and views made it tough to leave and go into town but we did manage to enjoy both! Look forward to returning sometime.
