Nestled in the heart of the rolling countryside of Tarn, Casa Guillarmou is an invitation to escape in a setting that recalls the gentle hills of the Occitan Tuscany.



This stone house of character, entirely renovated with finesse and elegance, reveals itself like a jewel facing the medieval village of Castelnau-de-Montmiral, classified among the most beautiful sites of the territory.



Heated Swimming Pool & Well-being

The outdoor swimming pool is heated to a minimum of 28°C and open from 1st February to 30th November, to enjoy water pleasures over a very wide season.

It is secured by a pool shelter, and opens onto a large terrace fitted with garden furniture, dining table and gas plancha, with the undulating landscapes of the Little Tarnaise Tuscany as a backdrop.

To prolong moments of relaxation, a spa heated to 38°C is accessible all year round, ideal after a day of sightseeing or hiking.

The vast 6-hectare park offers multiple spots to recharge, while the ping-pong table and playground will delight the children.

Interior spaces

The authentic stone walls and warm woodwork create a soft harmony between tradition and modernity.

The large, light-filled volumes are air-conditioned for absolute comfort, and each room has been designed like a painting, blending noble furniture and a cocooning atmosphere.

The house can accommodate up to 10 people (including 8 adults) and is suitable for both a romantic getaway and family or friends' holidays.



On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen opens onto the terrace and swimming pool, the cathedral lounge with its wood-burning insert and 4K TV invites convivial evenings, and a bedroom with a king-size bed and sofa bed completes this level.



Upstairs, two large parental suites each have a 180x200 bed and their own private bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all.



A mezzanine office area with very high-speed wifi allows you to work remotely in a privileged setting.



Around the house: nature, medieval villages & activities

Casa Guillarmou is located in the heart of the golden triangle of Albi – Gaillac – Cordes-sur-Ciel, surrounded by bastides and medieval villages such as Castelnau-de-Montmiral, Puycelsi, Bruniquel, Penne or Lisle-sur-Tarn, all renowned for their heritage and panoramas.

Numerous producers' markets, such as Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val or Lisle-sur-Tarn, allow you to discover local products and crafts all year round.

From the house, a multitude of hiking trails and marked cycle paths wind through the hills, the Grésigne forest, the Vère valley and perched villages, for walks of all levels.



You can also enjoy leisure bases and outdoor activities: canoeing and kayaking from Saint-Antonin, horse riding, tree climbing, water sports, as well as golf, hot air ballooning, paragliding or microlight to discover the region from the sky.



Wine enthusiasts can explore the oldest vineyard in France, the Gaillac vineyard, and meet passionate winemakers during tastings.



Finally, beautiful day trips are possible to Albi (listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site), Toulouse or Carcassonne for a strong cultural immersion.

The owners live in a completely independent wing, without overlooking neighbours, and remain available if needed while preserving your privacy.

The electric vehicle charger is freely available in the owners' garage

During peak season, a pool technician and our teams come twice a week to maintain the pool and ensure perfectly controlled water.

A camera monitors only the car park for the security of the estate, in respect of your privacy.
