Fantastic location, walking distance to lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. Beach is right in front of the hotel and is packed but clean. Check in and check out were super fast and easy. The front desk staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Rooms are dated, but clean. The food was mediocre at best, I would recommend eating breakfast on the resort and having dinner off resort.

Amazing stay at Top Caleta Palace

I stayed with my family at Hotel Top Caleta Palace again and is amazing with breathtaking views from rooms, pool area, Caffe. All staff are very friendly and is a very good choice for families. The food is excellent with good variety. Location is perfect with lovely cala beach in front off Hotel. My kids loved to swim and see the beautiful fishes. The Hotel is close to main street with plenty of nice shops and restaurants. From early morning there is always staff cleaning all the facilities, pool, toilets.

Nice hotel, with own entrance to the beach. Waring at the hotel was good, good variety of food. Fresh. Downsiides: very crowdy in restaurant and peoe lay down towels at sunbeds and show up house later. Hotel didn’t do anything about it. When tou’re too late, no sunned. Parking was expensive.

The property is in an amazing location, staff is friendly. However, that’s pretty much it. The rooms are dusty, the throw pillows on the beds are stained, the white shower curtains are discolored pinkish. The rooms need to be revamped asap. We are on a hotel hiking vacation on the Costa Brava. This leg was from Sant Feliu de Guixol and was 8 km. This hotel was a great destination after 4 hours on the Cami de Ronda(with a 1/2 time break at a beach view bar in S’Agaro). The hotel is aging but very carefully maintained. The pool bar was all we needed to a reasonably priced dinner or beer and ribs. So good and so filling. The service here is fabulous: I mentioned on checkin that it was the day after my wife’s 65th birthday and the hotel brought a mini fridge and drinks to us gratis.

The hotel is in a bit of a rough shape, the all inclusive formula is more of a discount, during booking of the hotel nothing mentioned a tiering system of premium and gold all inclusive levels. Only plus I could find was a nice calm beach, we left a day earlier because of how dissapointing this hotel was. Would NOT recommend this hotel.

Overall a great stay. I was asked a check in to email the the proof of payment from Expedia as they couldn’t tell if paid. Not the standard I expect really. Workmen carrying out tile repairs through the day around the pool. Pool bar wasn’t open yet so had to go to the inside bar. Bar staff very nice and same with the restaurant staff. Lovely place and good location. Road works in town but as we didn’t use the car much it didn’t really matter.

Surcharge for multiple things (for the use of a safe or beach towels... which you hardly see anymore anywhere else...)... pool area way too small for the number of rooms. The location on the small bay is the key positive... the rest is average or poor.

Chambre supérieure vue mer superbe vue sur la plage et spacieuse. Manque un frigo dans la chambre. L hôtel est très sonore donc on ne s y repose pas et le personnel nettoie les extérieurs chaque matin a l aube avec un souffleur bruyant, les femmes de.menage tirent les lits toute la journee et c est bruyant, les portes des chambres mal insonorisée donc le bruit des couloirs meme pendant la sieste.... c est l usine 300 chambres je n imagine meme pas l été avec la piscine et les animations sur l terrasse car la l hôtel est construit autour et l isolation phonique limite. Sinon l emplacement est très bien proche de tout et sur la plage qui elle aussi est bruyante car très fréquentée. Les repas sont biens pour le prix. Le personnel vous cadre trop, et est un peu trop présent, on vous dit meme ou vous asseoir au restaurant. La côte est magnifique mais ce sont des hôtels et appartements les uns contre les autres ....surtouristique, des cars entiers débarquent, donc pas sympa et pas calme du tout.

Très bel hôtel d'accès facile, une vue mer exceptionnelle, ville à proximité. La chambre est spacieuse avec une très bonne literie et une vue superbe sur la mer. les jardins sont magnifiques, et d'une propreté rare, l'accueil est souriant, restaurant très bien, avec des repas variés, tout est parfait.
