The Villa (360 square meters), has several balconies/terraces; and is suitable for a maximum of 14 people (12+2). The Villa has two floors, with 6 bedrooms (2 master suites, 2 suits, 1 double/twin beds room, 1 double/queen) and 6 bathrooms. The Villa is set behind an automatic wide gate with plenty of parking spaces. From the parking area, the house can be easily accessed for all types of guests. The Villa is furnished with all the comforts you need to make this your home away from home. The main entrance places you in the living area (80 square meters). In this living room, you and your loved ones can sink into the three comfortable sofas, where you will enjoy the warmth of the beautiful fireplace. You can also choose from hundreds of international channels on 70” Smart IP TV.
The large and beautiful kitchen (30 square meters) can also be accessed from the terrace. It is fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer, six-ring gas stove, dishwasher, MW, pots and pans, plates and silverware, Espresso coffee maker, blender etc., The kitchen is also linked to the dining room, which is furnished with a spectacularly large table (for 12 + 2 person). The suites have high quality Italian beds, a custom mattress (180 cm x 200 cm), which is larger than an EU queen. You will find the 100% cotton linens and towels to be beautifully soft and luxurious. A 50” smart Led TV hangs on the wall, where you can enjoy watching hundreds of international channels.
