The Breakfast selection was great! The location was very clean. The staff was amazing super friendly and very helpful. It felt like a home away from. I can not praise the staff enough front desk, house keeping, kitchen, maintenance all were amazing!! We travel to the theme parks in area often and this has by far been our best experience!

Very clean and spacious! All staff super friendly especially Ms. Teresa from the kitchen/ breakfast staff. She does an amazing job with the breakfast set up and is super helpful! Big variety of option to select from and all the l food is delicious!

Nice place to stay

Check in was easy. The breakfast was good. There's a lot of seating in the breakfast room which was nice for a family of 5. The room was large. We only stayed one night, but it would be a great place for a longer stay.

Slight room for improvement but pleased!

The accommodations were modern and mostly clean. They had a tub, which was acceptably clean. The floors in the room did seem like they could use attention, not sure how often the carpets are shampooed and the tile felt a little sticky in the kitchen. I did appreciate the dish detergent and sponge, and the assortment it towels. The beds were super clean, though! It was a little firm for me. My sister was able to sleep the sofa bed all three nights, which impressed me! She said it wasn’t much lower quality than the bedroom beds. I was able to add an extra night without much effort, since we were too tired to leave as scheduled. We were able to park very near to the room. Breakfast was pretty good, we enjoyed the waffle makers. The crustless quiche was my favorite entree. I loved that they had cold brew available! The apple juice was water on Friday morning, though. While I didn’t bring my dog, I love that they are dog friendly and had a food/water dish in the front, puppy pads, treats and toys. Very thoughtful. Check-in was quick and easy, same as check-out, and we would definitely stay here again.

Employees at the front desk esp the lady who checked us in is very professional , kind and amiable . Lily is the same. The pretty young receptionists are always greeting you, as you come in, awesome service even the housekeepers, linen guys and the buffet ladies in charge. The room however is noisy wd sirens sound cars motorcycles . Needs more window soundproofing. ACgood but very noisy when on. Great kitchen amenities ref stove etcetc. Great to have 4 fluffy pillows each bed. Our keys need to be re keyed several times. We can’t enter our room every time we go out. I think it’s the door slot who’s the problem.
