First floor, 40 sqm, double bedroom + single bed; kitchen (with fridge and freezer, 4 gas hobs, utensils and pots, cutlery, plates and glasses. Microwave) + living room with sofa bed; toilet and shower; independent heating system; air conditioning (only in the bedroom); mosquito nets to all the windows. WI-FI. There’s no TV in the apartment; guests are allowed to bring here them own TV, if they want to.
Table for 5 inside and possibility to eat outside under the gazebo, on the back of the building (dining area shared with the other guests).

There are neither dishwasher, nor washing machine, nor iron. We have drying racks, which are available to all staying guests, it is not possible to have a personal one.

NO GUESTS' PETS ALLOWED

KIDS aren't ALLOWED, minimum 14 years old. We made this choice to let all the guests enjoy the silence of the countryside and the sound of nature, having a relaxing holiday.
