Zerstört und verdreckt
Esstisch, Sideboard und Fernsehschrank waren übersät mit Bohrlöchern und Beschädigungen durch einen spitzen Gegenstand. Eingangstür defekt, konnte nur mit dem Schlüssel geöffnet werden. Bohrlöcher in der Wand. Tisch und Sessel auf der Terrasse stark beschädigt. Terrasse extrem verschmutzt. Fleckig mit dicken Verkrustungen.
Die zuständige Agentur vor Ort (Homecare on the web) wurde verständigt und Belege in Form eines Videos vorgelegt. Antwort der Agentur, auf dem Video könne man nichts erkennen. Ich habe dann darum gebeten, dass jemand vor Ort kommt und sich selbst ein Bild macht. Es kam niemand. Obwohl die Spuren deutlich auf dem Video zu erkennen waren, habe ich dann noch einmal Bilder in Nahaufnahme geschickt. Antwort der Agentur, ich wäre jetzt bereits 5 Tage vor Ort und es ist nicht auszuschließen, dass der Dreck von uns ist. Ich habe Novasol über die Vorgänge informiert, aber auch hier gab es keine Abhilfe. Wegen der defekten Eingangstür hat sich Homecare nach 14Tagen bei mir gemeldet und gefragt ob ich denn in die Wohnung komme. Ich kann jedem nur Empfehlen. Finger weg von dem Objekt.
