Not worth the deluxe room. Kitchen don’t working fridge. Missing forks. Missing cups, dirty everywhere small bugs, under bed dust years never cleaned a pack of cake of dust. Full of Rubbish under the bed. Bathroom smells never cleaned. No towels set for 2 persons, breakfast really not worth 6 euro. For 6 euro you have a full breakfast fresh and tasty in a cafe. Security guard angry because we used the elevator of Kyriad Hotel, in the same building, our room in the site of Kyriad even our card label is Kyriad. I guess they had no rooms in Campanile, and even they said me if you booked at Kyriad you should check in there. But my booking was with Campanile, and they give me the room of Kyriad…. Horrible experience, we stayed 6 times there. And this was the most horrible experience I ever had there.

The room was okay. There was a weird smell and large stains across most of the floor, but for the price it was fine enough. However, at breakfast I got told off for putting water from the water cooler into my drink bottle. The guy was super rude and wouldn’t give me a reason it’s not allowed just saying “it’s the rule” over and over again. I didn’t even eat breakfast so the fact I wasn’t allowed 500ml of water was pretty ridiculous. There are hundreds of hotels in Casablanca for a similar price point. Pick one with better service.

We booked 2 nights prior to a tour that starts at this hotel Its supposed to be non smoking but the room smelled of smoke. The walls in the bathroom were disintegrating with mosture and the floor of the shower stall was spongy Overall would not recommend

The rooms were clean and cleaned daily. The staff were quite helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Parking lot was next the hotel. Looked quite full.

Room was in poor condition, a bit run down and carpet seemed dirty. Stains on bedsheets. Zero soap in the soap dispenser in the bathroom, same for shower gel/shampoo in shower. My bathroom door didn’t close (I was staying by myself so no major issue there). When I got there my sink wouldn’t drain, although when I complained they quickly sent someone to fix it. Staff seemed nice and were helpful. My room was facing the street so it was very noisy in the daytime, luckily at night it quieted down and I was able to sleep with earplugs in.

I wasn't given a marina view that i paid for there only one elevator working the whole 5 day stay , they dont encourage to use the stairs making it a difficult and time consuming to pray on time. This experience was very difference from the last just a month ago. Hopefully management reads this comment n be better.

The hotel room could’ve be cleaned and presentable broken curtains door doesn’t fully close unless you slam it make sure slam shut the door the hotel staff are nice and the bar staff great would’ve like a better dining option only allows you to do the buffet but the bar staff are amazing the hotel reminds me of average holiday inn hotel in USA but it’s close to train station overall it’s decent with improvements
