THIS PROPERTY IS RUN DOWN. NO ICE MACHINE. NO TOWELS AVAILABLE. NO MAID SERVICE THE ENTIRE STAY. ROOMS WERE CONTAMINATED WITH SMOKE IN NONSMOKING ROOMS. DOOR ENTRY TAMPERED WITH/BROKEN BACK.WAFFLES, YOGURT, AND INSTANT COFFEE WAS BREAKFAST WITH A SIGN SAYING LIMIT 1 PER PERSON. 1 PLY BATHROOM TISSUE. WATER IN SHOWER WAS LUKE WARM.SHOWER CURTAIN MOUNTED IMPROPERLY SO DOES NOT STAY SHUT ON EITHER SIDE WHILE SHOWERING. 2 FULL SIZE TOWELS OFFERED IN ROOM AT CHECKIN. I HAD TO GO DOWN TO REQUEST TOWELS AND WAS TOLD I CAN MAKE DO WITH WHAT WAS OFFERED. ANOTHER DAY WAS OFFERED HAND TOWELS TO GET BY WITH. ROOM CURTAIN WAS RIPPED UPON ENTRY, HAD TO KEEP ADJUSTING TO KEEP LIGHT OUT AND PEOPLE FROM SEEING IN.AND FRIG LEAKED ALL OVER THE FLOOR. 4 DAYS WE STAYED IN THIS LESS THAN EFFICIENT FACILITY. COMPLAINTS WERE MADE TO FRONT OFFICE, BUT WERE MET WITH "I'M SORRY", BUT WITH NO REMEDY.THIS STAY WAS COVIENT IN AREA, BUT SHARES APARKING LOT AND DRIVE THRU DRIVE WITH 3 OTHER HOTELS. TRIED TO CHANGE TO ANOTHER HOTEL, BUT MOST WERE SOLD OUT. CHOICE/QUALITY INN HOTELS HAS HAD A HIGH STANDARD IN OUR PAST, BUT WE WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN.

Liked the convenience of the location and the price so as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. When we arrived there were police everywhere, and I wasn't giving a clear explanation why even after asking. We had stained towels and clean towels had to be retrieved from an empty room. An uncomfortable stay...

Do not recommend. Shouting men in parking lot after midnight. Cigarette burns in bed sheets. Room smelled like marijuana smoke

First off, we booked 2 rooms for 2 nights.We were coming from out of town to spend time with a loved one at a nearby hospice facility. One room did not have issues but the second room had mutliple problems. There were no towels in the room. The remote control was missing but found later upside down and between bed and side table and then we discovered that the TV did not work. It had sound but no picture. The toilet would run sometimes, unless someone lifted the back and pushed down on the lever. The heat did not produce cold air, so didn't even use it the second night. When we called about the TV, toilet and heater, asked for another room but was told a maintenance man would be there within an hour. No one came in that time frame and we were not staying do to having to visit a family member in hospice. Hair dryer on wall did not work. Bathroom mirror had a crack in it. Walls had obvious repainted spots and overall just appeared dingy. Tall lamp by window, had a crumbling plaster base. After first night of 2 night booking, had to get new keys for both rooms because original set stopped working, Some of other guests on our floor were creepy, shady appearing. Hotel appeared to be in good area of town but the feel of the hotel was not the same. When I left a list of complaints on check out the clerk did not apologize or show any concern, just took the list and placed it on the counter. Apparently Quality Inn does not stand for Quality like I assumed.

The comforter had burn holes in it and the sheets were ripped. The foot stool was really stained. See attached pictures

A value hotel

This is an older hotel, so expect the slight fraying of the edges that comes with age, but room have been updated nicely, are perfectly clean, and everything is comfortable. Frankly, this is the best hotel mattress that I have encountered in years, including hotels that cost twice as much. Most are too soft and sag perceptibly. This one is soft, but firm. Not too hard, but does not sag. Decent breakfast, friendly staff. A good stay!

Wonderful hotel, perfect location

Just north of Atlanta this hotel was a great night stay on the way north from Florida. The room was clean and had a microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, and coffee maker in the room. The shower was good with very hot water and great water pressure. The breakfast was good with egg patties, sausage patties, muffins, bagels, and cereal. The location was good to the expressway; easy on and off but away from the traffic noise. The location of the hotel was also very close to many restaurants and stores. The people that worked at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I noticed people with pets so this hotel may allow pets. This was a fine place to stay. 3/31/2010
