Located in the quietest area of Rompido and right on the beach.
It has INTERNET- WIFI and 65” Smart TV.
There is a KAYAK (with capacity for 2 adults and 1 child) and a PADDLE SURF board, for walks along the Rompido estuary, fishing or even doing yoga on the Paddel Surf.
Ground floor with large, well-equipped kitchen (with all types of appliances), living-dining room and toilet.
First floor with 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms with this distribution:
Master bedroom: 150 cm bed (possibility of a crib), 40” television and separate bathroom.
Wooden bedroom: with 105 cm bed and 90 cm bed
Youth bedroom: with three 90 cm beds (one of them elevated).
And another full bathroom.
Large solarium porch with barbecue, television and hammocks.
There are 2 bicycles for adults and 2 for children (on request). There are 3 beach chairs and 1 umbrella.
Including bed linen and bath towels.

SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS
It has a large community pool, very quiet (open from June 22 to September 15 approximately) access to the beach 50 meters away, being the only area of Rompido with a beach.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Living next to the beach, without parking problems, you can usually park right at the door.
Located between two marinas with their ferries that take you to the arrow of the break.
In the area there are two golf courses: El Rompido Golf with 36 holes and Golf Nuevo Portil with 18 holes.
7 kilometers away is Cartaya with a wide range of shopping options: Carrefour, Mercadona, Aldi, Lidl, etc.
You can use intercity transport (bus) with a stop 200m from the house.
SURROUNDINGS
Very close to Punta Umbría with its magnificent beach and 20 minutes from the border with Portugal.
