We had a great time at Let's Get Together. The fact that this property is pet friendly is amazing!! They have a beautiful expansive front porch with a gate to keep the pups in. The fenced-in backyard was great and the pool is huge. We had a few issues during our stay--the fridge was not working (even after following fridge instructions) and they sent a tech out to fix it. The fridge was still not getting any colder 6-8 hours after the tech came, so we called the office again to send someone out the next day since we had to move all of our food into coolers that we thankfully brought. The biggest annoyance is that the office never returned our call, sent another tech out, or checked in to see if the issue had resolved. Luckily a full 24 hours after the first tech came, we were able to move our food back into the fridge. The other issue was the hallway bathroom sink--it doesn't drain. We had to plunge it a few times and brought up tons of nasty stuff, but it still took a good 10-15 minutes for the sink to drain fully after just a quick hand wash. Lots of snaking and Draino needed to fix that! Other than those issues, everything else was great! AC worked perfectly, check in and check out were super easy, and someone from the staff ran a linen bag down to us when we realized we weren't given one. Location was amazing, right across from the beach. Nice to have laundry available. If you have dogs, this rental is a real winner!! Just to note: you will not have access to the garage! We would stay again if we came back to Carolina Beach!
