Perfect

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this wonderful condo. Location was half way between restaurants in both Carolina Beach and Kury Beach. Access to beach was steps away and view from balcony was amazing and so relaxing. The condo had everything we needed and Karen was easy to communicate with. We definitely hope to return.

Great Escape

Stayed at the condo for about 10 days. Everything about it was very nice. The deck/ balcony was exactly what I wanted. We spent every morning there sitting in the sun and watching the waves. My bedroom slider allowed me to sleep with it open so I could hear the waves all night long. The beach was perfect, even though the weather was a bit cool. The condo was clean and in perfect condition. The beds were very comfortable. It was just what I needed to relax and unwind. Karen was always available and helped us out when we needed her. She was very gracious. I would definitely recommend staying here. Hoping to go back again next year.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach house! The house was adorable, clean, and perfectly suited for our family of three. The interior was cozy and comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. We especially loved the porch—it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Whether it was morning coffee or evening sunsets, we could easily have spent all our time there. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet and charming getaway!

Thanksgiving at the Beach!

This was our first time at Carolina Beach, and the condo did not disappoint! Karen is an exceptional host who goes above and beyond to ensure you have a comfortable stay and all of the information you could possibly need. The condo is cozy with cute decor, top-notch kitchen appliances, and an amazing ocean view! The balcony, complete with a sitting area and dining area is the icing on the cake. The condo is litterally a minute's walk to the beach. The waves crashing on the shore is the perfect white noise. Only downside: because there is a condo above, you may hear noise if the guests aren't mindful of the guests below them.

Wonderful Getaway

Karen has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We enjoyed spending our mornings and afternoons on the covered deck where the view is perfect for watching the waves or people walking by. The condo is located close to good restaurants in Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. Grocery stores are also close by, and Starbucks is just a few miles away. Beds and furniture were very comfortable and clean. Karen is a great host and makes sure everything is right from the time you arrive until you leave. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to be back.

Better Than We Imagined!

This two bedroom condo was absolutely immaculate well decorated, with every amenity you could possibly want! We loved the back deck that looks out over the ocean and has seating for dining, and seating for just watching the ocean! The bed was so comfortable that we considered stealing it and taking it home with us! We can’t possibly recommend this condo more highly! Karen was superb in communicating with us before and during our stay!

Beautiful view from good sized covered deck

Overall it was a good stay. First night the MBA shower wasn't draining, so I pulled the plug out and a nasty clog and it was fine the rest of the time. Wasn't pleased that they only allowed parking for one vehicle due to it being high season. I may have missed that initially. Cost me an extra $20 per day to park our second vehicle across the street. Furniture and appliances were good. Wonderful view from a large and comfortable porch. Karen was very responsive.

Beautiful!

Perfect location on the beach and steps away from beach access! The condo is very clean, although we spent most of our time on the porch overlooking the ocean when not on the beach :) The pool was a plus to have a place to cool off. It is a quieter area which we wanted…far enough from the crowded area of the beach, but still walkable or a quick drive to many places. Thank you for all the information you provided prior to and during our stay Karen! We had a wonderful vacation!

Wonderful beach week!

We had a wonderful stay at the condo! It was spotless and had all of the necessities for a week at the beach. Karen was very communicative and super responsive! We loved enjoying our coffee on the large deck watching the ocean and we were a very short walk for putting our toes in the sand! It was our son’s (5 y/o) first beach vacation and it was fully of memories! We will certainly will be back again!!

Beautiful Condo with gorgeous ocean view!

We absolutely enjoyed this beautiful condo! We loced dining outdoors on the huge front deck/balcony with the most gorgeous ocean view. The unit was very clean and welcoming. Parking was good, no issues but definitely keep your pass in view!!! The pool was refreshing and beach access a short walk. Great location right in between the Boardwalk and Kure Beach. Thank you for a wonderful unit!
