Enjoy the beach by day and walk to evening activities! Located steps from the beach and the boardwalk, our fully furnished 2BR/2BA condo is the perfect location for your beach vacation.

Within easy walking distance are plenty of shops, restaurants, and convenience stores. (Our local favorites include Britt's Donuts, Shuckin' Shack, and Michaelangelos Pizza.) Watch the nearby Thursday Night Firework Show from our landing.

When you walk into our place, you will be greeted with an open floor plan, lots of natural light, and ocean views from kitchen and living room. We feature a full kitchen stocked with pots and pans, dishware, silverware, Keurig, and plenty of cooking implements. Just beyond the kitchen is the spacious living room with a long, comfortable couch, side chairs, and a Smart TV for you to watch your favorite Netflix shows. There is also a DVD player with an assortment of movies to choose from.
The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, closet with hangers, new smart TV, and plenty of drawers for you to put your belongings in. Our full en suite bathroom means you don't have to leave the privacy of your bedroom to get ready for the beach or a night out on the boardwalk. Linens, extra blankets and basic towels (not beach towels) provided. Also, leave the bulky hairdryer at home–we have provided one for you.

The second bedroom is located at the opposite end from master bedroom and features a full-size bed, a bunk bed with two twin mattresses, a new smart TV and DVD player. There is also a chest of drawers and a closet to store belongings. Linens and extra blankets provided.
The second full bathroom has a walk-in shower and is easily accessible from anywhere in the condo.

Enjoy your private balcony where you can sip freshly brewed coffee or a glass of wine as you take in the sights, sounds, and salt-laced breeze from the ocean.

Our full size washer and dryer is located inside a closet near the front door, making it easy to toss your wet towels and swimsuits from the beach/pool to dry. If you prefer a quick dip, the onsite community pool is beautifully maintained with plenty of chaise lounges and an outdoor shower.

Access to the complex, unit, and pool is through a keyless pad. You'll never have to worry about losing a key!

The unit has central A/C, free Wi-Fi, and local phone service. We offer a beach umbrella, beach chairs, and a beach cart at no additional cost.

• Swimming pool is closed from Nov 1st to May 1st each year.
• This is a third floor unit accessed only by stairs.
• Pets are NOT allowed per the HOA. Bringing a pet will result in the loss of your security deposit and any rent paid.
• No smoking allowed inside the unit.

We stayed for a week. The host is amazing. Property is as described. Perfect location. Plenty of space for a family of six. I suggest Island burgers and bites. If you’re looking for a fancy dinner I suggest Havana’s.

The condo worked out really well for my family of four; grandma, daughter, and two grandchildren. Location was within easy walking distance to beach access, many great restaurants, boardwalk, and carnival. The owners were very generous in allowing us to use their beach chairs and umbrellas. The only drawback was the lack of elevators as it was a little difficult getting the luggage up the 2 1/2 flights of stairs.

Family vacation fun

We love staying here! It’s perfect for our family. We walk to the beach easily to spend the morning there, head back in for lunch and naps then go and enjoy the rides and shops on the boardwalk in the late afternoon or head to the pool.

This was the perfect place for us! The location is within walking distance of the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants. It worked well for our family of three, but it would also work for two couples, or a couple with several children.The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The property is conveniently located close to the beach access, shops, boardwalk & food. The property was really clean & spacious. The only wish we had was for the pool area to be better kept. The pool chairs were old & some rotting. More umbrellas would have been nice too. But really with the beach just right across the street we can’t be too mad. Overall we had a great stay & we would stay in this condo again.

Wonderful owner

The owner was so accommodating to my family, she went about and beyond to move things around for us!! You can walk to everywhere and the teenagers had a wonderful time. The water was so clear and the beach was very clean.
