Casa Pasquale is a cozy, well-maintained Classic Swiss Chalet style home with a 600 sq. ft. wrap-around deck in a woodsy setting. This home is all on one level, approximately 1500 sq. ft., with Pergo flooring throughout.
Just 2 blocks from a Tahoe National Forest trailhead with miles of hiking, cross-country skiing, snow shoeing, and single track mountain biking for all skill levels. Close to a small public beach, just down the hill a few blocks and walkable from the house. Only 20 minutes from Palisades or NorthStar, and close to Diamond Peak and Mt. Rose ski areas. It's a great location and a unique Tahoe experience!
The living room features a wall of windows that lets in the sunshine and forest views, large smart TV with streaming capability (no cable), a couch, loveseat, recliner, window seat, and woodstove. Fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 8 offers everything you need to prepare and serve meals with family and friends as well as an extensive choice of games located in the cabinet below the fire extinguisher. Sun Tube skylights in the hallway and kitchen give the home a bright, airy feel.
Primary bedroom has a King bed, TV, and private bathroom with shower and double sinks. Second bedroom has a Queen bed and set of Twin bunk beds, and third bedroom has a Queen bed and a Twin bed. In the hallway, there's laundry facilities and a full guest bathroom with double sinks.
Driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars. 4 wheel / all wheel drive vehicles are recommended during snowy conditions.
