Room reeked of smoke. Replacement room did not initially smell of smoke till next morning. They allowed smoking (by staff) under our window, so that room smelled like smoke in a.m. Staff cleaning the rooms wore no masks or gloves and were smoking outside the hotel, near our parked cars. Room also had no bedding for pull out couch. Breakfast was bad. A few packets of oatmeal, packaged muffins and juice and coffee.

This hotel is a good place to stay if you are looking to walk around downtown Carlise. Not that I expected anything fancy but it was just average for the price. The staff was very friendly though.

The location is great we enjoyed walking around the historical area. Wish we didn't have to pay extra for the parking when you consider on the weekend the parking garage isn't staffed and anyone else can park there for free since the gates are open.

Pros: Was quiet, even during storm. Employees were very helpful and polite. Buffet was great.
Location: Have no idea what is around as we were there just for rest during trip South.
Was wahat we needed for a place to crash during our trip South. It have everything we wanted and was comfortable and convenient. Staff was very helpful during the storm and with no computer service to confirm our reservation. Got a room like we had requested and everything went very smooth.

Very nice accomodations, excellent restaurant.

Nice place to stay in downtown Carlisle.

Pros: Clean, good location.
Cons: Validate parking in the garage.
Location: Near all the good downtown restaurants, Dickinson College, etc.
Nice place to stay in downtown Carlisle. Clean, comfortable rooms. A fairly good breakfast. As a another review said, they really should validate parking in the garage behind the hotel, instead of charging $4 per night.
