Amazing staff :-)

This hotel has recently switched brands and there are (as to be expected) a couple of minor teething problems with systems. However the staff were brilliant at adjusting and managing these changes and I felt went above and beyond. Thank you! The rooms remain very comfortable. The hotel is in a great locatoon

Budget hotel in central Cardiff, adjacent to the train station. Staff are lovely and beds are comfy. Convenient location and clean room and shower. Facilities are a bit old inside the rooms, with the shower door wobbly, can hear voices from those walking in the corridor outside the room, and the AC keeps giving errors and I need to press the button every time. One last thing, I had to look around for the hotel for some time as it was not clear the Sleeperz sign in the photos as it has changed name!

From start to finish the staff were really helpful and friendly .. the location of the hotel is ideal for both railway and shopping both within a very short walk .. the rooms were very clean a good Samsung brand new Tv and shower had very good gel shampoo even had conditioner … but most of all the bed was very comfortable ..all in all this hotel very much deserves a 5 star rating
