Cozy typical French family house for 6 persons, with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, open kitchen, spacious dining room and living room.
Enjoy panoramic views over the vineyards and the Pyrenees from a beautiful house, less than half an hour's drive from Carcassonne, the famous medieval walled city.

The house is located in Routier, a small village with 250 inhabitants. It stands on the south side of a hill and the large terrace slopes down to the pool.

The house offers a bright and spacious living room with open kitchen. From the terrace you have a fantastic view of the vineyards and the surrounding landscape of the Pyrenees. The family home is well furnished and equipped with all modern conveniences. From the hall you enter the large living, dining room and kitchen.

In the living room there is a large sofa, TV, DVD player, radio and WiFi internet connection. The open kitchen is equipped with refrigerator with freezer, 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and crockery and cutlery for 6 people.
From the living room you have access to the shaded south-facing terrace with table and chairs. The kitchen leads to the laundry room where you can find the washing machine, iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

The 3 spacious bedrooms and shared bathroom are located on the first floor.
2 bedrooms have a king-size bed and 1 bedroom has 2 single beds. In every room there is a spacious wardrobe and bedside table.

In the bathroom there is a sink, toilet and walk-in shower.

Shopping facilities
The local shops are located 4 km away in Belvèze-du-Razès, with a small supermarket; there are 2 larger supermarkets in Limoux (13 km) and Bram (17 km).
