The resort grounds and pool area were beautiful and clean; the room was clean, close to the waterpark/pool area and beach access. Overall enjoyed the trip. Great if ypu have young children; but, Poor communication between South Seas resort and Vrbo: there were differences between check in and check out times; the view from our balcony in the unit given to us on arrival, was different than the picture of the unit online when I made the reservation; The contact host for Vrbo who was ALSO the contact person at South Seas never returned several calls I made during the 3 day stay; so needless to say, the problems were never resolved
