Underbart boende och vÀrd
UtmÀrkt boende och vÀrd! Jag rekommenderar till alla. VÀrden (Dominico och Laura) vÀntade pÄ oss och förberedde frukt, vatten och juice till barnen. De var alltid tillgÀngliga om vi behövde nÄgot. Minman fick ont i örat och Dominico bokade ett lÀkarbesök till oss samma dag och vi betalade ingenting eftersom lÀkaren Àr hans vÀn. Första dagar fick vi deras kÀnnd dricka (Mirzo) och nÀr vi Äkte hem gav de oss kakor frÄn Sardinien! Köket Àr fullt utrustat! Rymliga rum, rena sÀngklÀder förbereda och packade för behov, handdukar för dusch och handdukar för stranden! UtmÀrkt pris pÄ boende och ett bra lÀge för att besöka strÀnderna i den södra delen av Sardinien. Vi kommer besöka de igen :-)

Super séjour chez Domenico
HĂŽte trĂšs aimable et ayant le cĆur sur la main. Domenico nous a proposĂ© son aide Ă maintes reprises pour que l'on passe le meilleur des sĂ©jours. Domenico nous a offert un gĂąteau, des fruits, emmener en course par exemple.
L'appart est sympathique et desservi par des bus oĂč nous n'avons pas eu de problĂšme.

De woning was perfect qua comfort, ruim en voldoende privacy. De locatie op het eiland was prima om erop uit te trekken met de auto. De auto konden we bij het huis goed parkeren.

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé une tres bonne semaine dans l'appartement de Domenico. Il nous a accueilli trÚs chaleureusement avec de petites attention.
Grand appartement avec une belle terrasse,conforme a la description et aux photos, dans un environnement calme.
Domenico est un hÎte trÚs gentil et disponible, tout en préservant l'intimité des locataires.

Un soggiorno meraviglioso!il Signor Domenico Ăš fantastico ci ha accolti col sorriso,vino e mirto!!casa stupenda su due piani e con aria condizionata in entrambe le camere il che ha reso le nostre notti tranquille e fresche! Si trova a 20 minuti dalle spiagge di Santa Margherita di Pula e a 35min dalla fantastica Chia... un'esperienza da ripetere!5 stelle meritatissime!ancora grazie a Domenico per l'ospitalitĂ

Hier kann man sich sehr wohlfĂŒhlen
Wir, eine Familie mit drei Kindern, haben die letzten beiden Wochen bei Signore Domenico in dessen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz fĂŒr 5 Personen, es ist zweckmĂ€Ăig eingerichtet - eine SpĂŒlmaschine hĂ€tte manches erleichtert, stellt aber keine wirkliche EinschrĂ€nkung dar, da man das ja vorher weiĂ. Auf dem Balkon kann man gemĂŒtlich sitzen und essen, eine kleine Sitzgelegenheit im Garten unter einem ZItronenbaum ist ebenso gemĂŒtlich und idyllisch.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt mitten in einem italienischen Wohnviertel, manches Hundegebell muss man einfach ĂŒberhören.
Die Lage insgesamt ist unter strategischen Aspekten gut - man ist in knapp 20 Minuten in Cagliari und in eben derselben Zeit in Pula, das vor allem abends immer einen Aufenthalt wert ist. In Pula gibt es recht schöne StrĂ€nde, eine Viertelstunde weiter sĂŒdlich die StrĂ€nde von Chia, die noch eine richtige Steigerung darstellne und keine WĂŒnsche offen lassen.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft und Menschenfreundlichkeit von Signore Domenico, der mit seiner Frau in demselben Haus wohnt. Jeder kleine Wunsch wurde sofort erfĂŒllt, unzĂ€hlige Tipps fĂŒr Pizzerien und tolle StrĂ€nde haben uns sehr geholfen und immer das gehalten, was versprochen wurde. Besonders gemundet hat uns der Hauswein, sowohl der Rot- als auch der WeiĂwein.
Insegamt haben wir uns bei Signore Domenico sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, man merkte ihm zu jeder Zeit an, dass er sehr gerne Familien beherbergt.
Wenn es uns noch einmal nach SĂŒdsardinien verschlĂ€gt, werden wir wieder hier anfragen.

Siamo stati in questo alloggio dal 07/8/17 al 21/8/17. Che dire del proprietario, persona splendida, con la collaborazione della moglie ci hanno fatto sentire a proprio agio fin dal momento che ci hanno accolti. Ci hanno offerto prodotti tipici della loro terra , prodotti da loro, squisittissimi...L'alloggio Ăš super accogliente con tutte le comoditĂ per una vacanza di questo tipo, proprio come evidenziato nella descrizione...Dista a pochi Km da supermercati "I Gabbiani" e "Crai" e si possono raggiungere le spiagge fantastiche a Ovest di Pula, Chia, Porto Pino ecc... e a Est di Solanas, Villasimius , Costa Rei...ecc, in massimo un'ora e venti minuti. Il mare Ăš veramente stupendo!! Per quanto ci riguarda vacanza da ripetere
