This property is in a great location & has been well maintained. We stayed for a month as part of a family relocation. The grocery & restaurant options are fabulous and the building feels secure. Coffee cafe downstairs in building is great. The space is well appointed with lots of storage, natural light, and great breezes/ cross-ventilation. Great for a short vacation stay. I would recommend it but know that it is more historic charm than all the modern bells and whistles. Can be loud on a Friday or Saturday night as you can hear nearby spaces - but not too bad. This property is managed by an agency that is very responsive and very nice - but they do not know the apartment. So ever time you have a question you have to wait for them to contact owner and then hear back from owner which took some time. Owner did not re-fill electric meter and so we had to figure that out on our own but agency did reimburse. You pick up keys off site - the place is nice but the people there have no idea about the apartment. Off-site location most likely requires a car because it would be a long walk with luggage. There are two sets of keys (they would only provide me with one at a time) and only one set of keys has the access to the parking lot - so that is confusing. There is no paperwork to say, yes all has been turned in or who you talked to - so there is a lot of trust in others.
