Lovely stay in Cape Coral

Nice, friendly house on a great location. Masterbedroom is superb. Very spacious, beautiful waterview. Outdoor furniture is not that comfortable, a nice loungeset would be a good addition. New Coffee and teacups recommended. Great property manager. We rented a boat at Cape Coral boat charter and it was docked in front of the house which was great. We saw Dolphins while swimming in the pool! Only thing which we did not know..., we had a bad view on the burned down Boathouse on the other side of the canal. So no cocktails, no diner or lunch close.

Great location, great place

We loved our short stay as a family of four! Great location, with beautiful views out of every window and perfect sunsets. Loved the fishing and swimming in the heated pool with a view. For younger kids it would be tricky with all the water (pool, river), including the docks and unusable ladder to get out of the river if someone falls (and the stairs inside would be precarious), but fine for 7. Definitely recommend! And plan to spend more time at the house - tough to leave it once you're there!

1202 Flamingo Drive, Cape Coral

The house was not properly cleaned after previous occupancy. Cob webs in higher corners of the rooms. Sheets were dirty and required washing. Someone left a pair of panty hose on a bedroom floor. House was difficult to locate because house numbers were missing (despite owner insisting they were above the garage). A sink was clogged and a toilet was clogged when we checked in. Not sure why the owner insisted upon personally meeting us between 0800-1030 the day after checkin. Owner insisted we strip beds and start one load of wash the day of checkout. Obviously previous occupants did not do this. Owner advised us to rent via his personal website next time because “it’s cheaper”.

Family Christmas Vacation

The property provided a great stay for us and our 3 adult children/guests. The master suite is huge and had a beautiful view of the gulf. The pool and view are great. The fireworks on New Years Eve were spectacular. The bathrooms are small and some updates are needed but overall a good experience. The property manager was very helpful with any questions we had.

We had a great time at 1202 Flamingo this week! The location cannot be any better. It was fun to watch the boat traffic going through and the activity at the Boathouse! Anyone curious about not having a screen cover for the pool should not worry. We didn’t have any problems with bugs. The only downside was that it rained most nights and without a screen or cover we had to bring towels inside constantly and anything else we didn’t want to get rained on. The inside flooring had long black hairs everywhere that I know I didn’t appreciate having to clean up when on vacation but that is totally minimal! Great communication with the rental company!!! We would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you!!

Loved the Yacht Club

Spacious, clean house with beautiful views of the sunrise, sunsets, and water. Very relaxing, quiet and private. Enjoyed lots of time in the pool. Great kitchen for preparing meals and huge dining room was great for enjoying meals and time together. Plenty of nice extras and amenities like grills, bikes, pool toys, etc. Enjoyed bike rides and walks around the area. Would definitely visit again.

Beautiful views and sunsets

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to those who enjoy being on the water. The views and sunsets were spectacular. The property was well maintained, but we were disappointed that we couldn't use the pool for most of the week due to mechanical issues. Once the problem was identified, Michael made the necessary repairs and accommodations. THE place to stay in Cape Coral.

Great week!

We had a lovely week at this home! It was spacious and comfortable. It is an older house, and in need of some upkeep. The rug going up the stairs and in the bedroom does need to be cleaned or replaced. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood, but The Boathouse restaurant is across the channel and it tends to be noisy. All in all a fun week at the pool and on the water. Michael was very helpful. Thank you!

Spent the week in/by the pool watching the boats and dolphins go by. It was just what we needed. Comfortable bed. A/C struggled a bit. Garage parking is a bonus. We’ll book this one again.

Nice location seeing boat traduce and hearing tiki bar music . We were able to rent a boat from local company and park at boat lift at pier. Home could use some upgrades w carpet, painting and new patio sliding door blinds.

Amazing Stay!

We fell in love with this house and definitely will be back! The views are beautiful - especially at sunset. We caught so many fish off of the dock and spent most days not leaving the house just hanging out in the pool watching the boats go by. Michael was also super friendly and accommodating throughout the whole process. Already planning our next trip back!
