We were there from Feb 9th to the 15th. House and location are beautiful. House was clean and well prepared. The one small problem we had was with the pool heater. We arrived on Sunday, and the pool was cold. I was aware that the weather in Cape Coral was cool the previous week, and that the heater may have just been started. Monday saw no improvement to the pool temperature, so I called the manager in the afternoon. They responded almost immediately, and verified that the heater wasn't working.Management told us that they would get the pool company there that day or the next. When afternoon of the next day arrived (Tuesday) and the pool company didn't show, I contacted the manager, who told me that the pool company wouldn't respond until Thursday, which they did. They fixed the heater, however the pool didn't reach temperature until Friday, our last day there. We were disappointed that we could only use the pool comfortably for 1 day (which was the best day of our vacation).I asked the manager for an accomodation, and we had 150.00 refunded to us.I understand that things break down, and otherwise everything else was perfect, but if something is broken in a house that costs over 400.00 per day, it should be repaired or made right immediately, not in 3 1/2 days.Date of arrival - February 9, 2025Reservation ID #2127
