Little slice of paradise

My family loved this house! It was very clean, smelled clean and new as soon as you opened the door. We had to depart 3 days early due to my son’s medical condition, but wish we could’ve stayed. My kids absolutely loved the lanai and pool, as well as the canal and dock. They ended up catching quite a few fish. The beds were comfortable and actually caused us to sleep in a few days.

The home was beautiful we were so excited for our relaxing Florida vacation, until the morning of day 3 when we were awoken with people tearing off the roof. I understand it may have needed to be done but if we would’ve been told in advance would have chosen another location and home. Unfortunately the interior of the washing machine was covered in mold. Reached out to the manager who traded us to another house which smelled of urine and mold, asked for a refund and was told they could only refund 2 days. We left Florida upset and exhausted after only 3 days, we will not do another vacasa home rental.

Property was very nice inside but the cushions on all chairs at the pool were disgusting, the master bedroom carpet needs to be replaced. Sheets on bed in master did not fit, they were queen sheets. We had no one check us in and explain how everything works or a booklet telling us what is required at check in and check out. Master door to pool was broken as was the door in main area to the pool. Overall nice place but the little details need to be addressed at such a beautiful home. I probably wouldn't rebook this property until items above were addressed.

Great house

This house is magnificent. Everything about it is beautiful. Beds were comfortable, nice neighborhood, and quite convenient. My only complaint is being charged $250 to heat the pool and it never got warm enough to use. Everything else was great.

Elegant living at an affordable price

The house was spectacular, it was very comfortable and inviting it was close to everything . Everything worked perfectly in the home. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood the neighbors were very friendly. If I come back to this area I would rent this house and recommend it to anyone that is going to stay close by

Beautiful Home!!!

We had an amazing time living in this beautiful home for a week!!! The property is absolutely stunning!! Everything was very clean and the environment was extremely pleasant! Stephanie the manager was awesome! She was very professional and friendly! Anything that we had a question about or needed she answered or accommodated us ASAP. I felt very comfortable communicating with her. We will definitely be staying at this property again in the near future. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an elegant and relaxing home to vacation at in Cape Coral. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience!!! We loved, loved this beautiful home and didn’t want to leave!!!

House is beautiful but not 5 star worthy

We’ve stayed at many VRBOs in Florida and although the house is absolutely beautiful, there were multiple things that needed to be addressed and we spent our first 3 days trying to get them resolved. The pool is a northern exposure with trees / foliage on the west side, blocking all potential sun from the pool. With no pool cover, it was impossible to warm when temps turned got into the 50s at night (even though you are asked to pay a daily fee to heat). Also, the outside lights didn’t work - although an electrician came out to fix. One set of lights was still not fixed, the other set always stayed on (we couldn’t turn off at night). Finally, a number of screens on the lanai were not secured to the frame although newly replaced. The management company was extremely responsive but we spent 25% of our vacation identifying / servicing issues with the home, which is not what we anticipated.

Beautiful home!

This house is very clean and beautiful! The outdoor space is awesome! Being able to open the glass doors to the outside was awesome! Location, is in a neighborhood, so you will need a vehicle to get anything. The only negative about the home. we stayed there over Thanksgiving and the temperatures were great, in the 80’s, but the direction that the house is facing doesn’t allow any sun in over the pool, so it did not feel warm enough to use the beautiful pool, only the hot tub. We could be in the enclosed area with hoodies and sweatpants and go out front of the house and need to be in shorts and t shirts because the sun was so warm. We did envision 9 days of laying relaxing in the pool so this was pretty disappointing. Also the 2 of the 3 mattresses, need to be replaced. They have extremely deep impressions in them. The kitchen has your pots, pans, plates, silverware, cups but you will need garbage bags and paper towels. Has a nice washer and dryer, that is nice for longer stays but don’t forget to pick up you laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Definitely a great clean home, would love to come back just have to decide when the weather/sun will be warm enough for the pool.
