This home offers Direct boat access to the Gulf of Mexico with no bridges and includes a deep water boat slip. All boats, including sailboats, are welcome and less than 15 minutes to the river. This tastefully decorated 3 Bedroom 2 Bath home on the water truly has it all. Enjoy the gorgeous saltwater heated pool and spa overlooking the water that are yours when you are done boating, beach combing, or exploring for the day. Beaches are just 25-30 minutes away. Forget about how cold it is back home. Entertain your guests on the over-sized, gorgeously paved, screened-in lanai. You will not be disappointed. Watch sunrises from the dock. My best friend and I rented the house for a girls getaway. The house is beautiful and the cleanliness is top notch. The pool and spa were amazing and so relaxing. We spent hours each day in the pool.
