DIRECT OCEANFRONT & pool view all at the same time. Just a few steps to the beach. This 3rd floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath has a split floor plan, fully furnished with a living/dining area and kitchen, as well as a private balcony that overlooks the pool and ocean. Set in a quiet location just 1 mile north of the Cocoa Beach pier, Canaveral Towers is a short drive to Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, and Port Canaveral for those taking a cruise. For relaxation and fun, Canaveral Towers offers a heated pool and sauna, putting green (bring your own putter), shuffleboard court, or a stroll on the beach. Tennis and racquetball courts are four blocks away. Cocoa Beach public golf course is six miles south on SR A1A, with other courses on the mainland. Only a few steps to the beach, this unit rents weekly or monthly. (7 nights minimum stay is required/mandated by the City of Cape Canaveral).
