Used room 123 B on October 11th and it really had zero soundproof. I was listening all single words the next door saying and the screaming from their kids. The noise started from 5pm and didn't stop til 12am midnight. Called the staff to make sure the room condition is okay and the noise is supposed to be, front staff came around 12am and saying this is not good and not supposed to be. Fortunately we were able to change room at 12am because there was a cancelled room at that time because of snowing. Also I asked to change room around 5pm but all room were occupied at that moment and we had to stay on our first room. Asked for a compensation to the manager and she told me she would address this problem with her general manager on October 13th, but didn't get any updates yet. Hopefully this gets settle down asap. As staff checked and said this is not the quality we provide and I recorded the noise, hope she gets back to me soon

The hotel is very cozy, with large rooms and comfortable beds. The staff are very friendly and polite. My family and I had a wonderful five days here. The hotel is very conveniently located, and I will definitely return next time.
