This place is a must stay if you are ever in Canggu! The location is great, the facilities are great, the staff are fantastic and nothing is too much for them, and the cafe has an amazing and wide-variety of choice. The staff went above and beyond for me whilst staying here, not once but twice! First time I got sick and so they called a doctor out to me and they arrived within 10 mins of calling. Secondly, and very kindly, I had accidentally left a pair of shorts on my balcony on the day I left the hotel and as I wasn’t returning to the same area after a few days on a different island, they agreed to arrange a courier to bring the shorts to the next hotel I was staying at, which was over 1 hour away. Exceptional service from start to finish

The staff were very welcoming and attentive and the hotel/resort was beautifully laid out around various swimming pools scattered around the site amongst tropical plants and trees, with delightful bamboo structures, 100 m from Canggu beach. We were given an upgrade to our room because of the intermittent but persistent firework bangs coming from beach partying each night until 4am, which made a good nights sleep almost impossible. So be warned!

They try hard but regrettably the property is located near an entertainment precinct where loud music plays until 5am each day making it difficult to sleep and rest. It is also located next to canal where the worst odour (raw sewerage) is emanating into the property and villas all day, every day. The property needs maintenance as the villa we were staying in needed urgent attention.

Everything was so great and beyond my expectations here. Staff were so helpful and friendly. The food at Zin Cafe was amazing. They offer so many complimentary things which makes an even better vacation! Will definitely recommend Zin hotel to everyone and hopefully to come back to visit soon :)

I really enjoyed my stay and the staff was so helpful. Always checking in to make sure that I have everything I needed. The location is great steps from the beach and it’s a fun area. It’s lots of stuff to do. I’ll definitely come back next time. I’m in Bali.

Where do I start? We booked a deluxe bamboo room, which was really lovely. However, the hotel is close to a beach bar that blasts music till about 3am at night, and is incredibly loud. There was also a very large corporate group that used the shared space for a bit, but made a lot of noise. We were offered another room in the main building which is much much quieter. The rooms in this building could have been in any hotel in the world, and did not have any character, however you can’t hear the beach clubs. This would have been fine, had there not been a leak from a vent in our bathroom about 3 hours after moving to the room. The ceiling in the bathroom was sagging slightly around the vent, and there was a large puddle of water. We were moved for the second time that day (at 11pm at night, with a baby), to another room. All in all, a terrible stay. The people that work at the hotel are lovely, and accommodating, however I am frustrated by the experience and the process we had to go through to get compensation (which was little, required us chasing it and not accurately explained).

Amazing stay for our first time in Bali, this place has everything you need - great restaurant, fitness studio with classes and gym, spa etc and the staff are so lovely! Plus so walkable to the local shopping centres and beach clubs

I had a perfect stay at Zin Villas in Canggu. The team here is incredible – especially Python and Doddy in the restaurant, who went above and beyond to make every meal feel special. The food and service were excellent throughout my stay. I also treated myself at the spa and tried both the traditional and signature massages – both were absolutely perfect and such a highlight of my trip. The rooms are lovely and well designed, with very comfy beds that made it easy to relax. The only thing to note is that the area can get a bit loud at night due to nearby clubs, but if you don’t mind some nightlife sounds, everything else about Zin Villas is amazing. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Canggu!

Beautiful property, but if you prefer silence and quiet hours to sleeps, this isn’t for you. However if you love partying and being close to the beach bars that blast their music until 4am, you will absolutely love it! I also understand that they have newer, quieter suites so if you’re looking for a mix, check those out.

The perfect stay!! I can only praise the whole staff and. Everything worked flawlessly, from checking, to checkout. They have a system through WhatsApp where they do not skip a beat. I have never stayed at a better run property.
