Good value for money. Garden view rooms are of really spacious size including the bathroom. It’s a pretty basic room but no toiletries provided other than hand soap and shampoo/ body wash and few standard ones (no vanity kit). Staff are really amazing and friendly, always with a smile. It’s a mere 5 mins to Echo beach with plenty of food options around.

The hotel is in a very walkable area - cafes, restaruants, and shops are all found in the surrounding area. A huge plus is that the beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. The gardens and pool areas are all very nice. The room/bathroom could use some updating - the shower area is especially starting to look very worn. Staff was very friendly.

It was a very good hotel. very close to the beach. I saw that other people complained about noise from the bar across the street but I was in a garden view room and was not disturbed in the slightest. Overall, everything was comfortable and clean.

First of all, I never write reviews, so when I do it means something went beyond my expectations. The staff at this hotel was amazing. Each was so helpful and on top of things. A light went out in my room and it was fixed when I came back. Also the front desk checked with me to acknowledge that it was fixed. Very impressive! Also when I left to go surfing. My room was fresh and clean when I came back. Anything and everything I needed was done immediately or in a timely manner. So the staff & service gets beyond the stars given here. The experience at this hotel was perfect. You just need to know there’s a bar with live music every night so if you want a quieter room choose the garden view rooms in back. You don’t hear the music back there :) Also Canggu is very convenient but if you want to walk around it’s VERY stressful cos of the tiny streets with no sidewalks and scooters and cars get very close to you. It’s better to travel via scooter if you can handle the very chaotic traffic. Hope this is helpful :)
