Property has a lot of potential, lack of proper maintanence has led to many issues Room was damp, full of ants, AC was leaking The only positive were the staff who did everything to try and make the stay comfortable Pity that the owners have let the property get to this stage

Sea Breeze Beach Resort, Candolim- AVOID!

The reception staff were not very welcoming. The grounds could have been lovely but no care had been taken to clean them, or the pool, which was full of leaves. The sunbeds were old and ripped. The room had not been cleaned. The towels and sheets were used and smelled, the fridge was broken and standing in the hall outside, the toilet was loose, as was the loo roll holder, the aircon was hanging off the wall and the shower dropped all night and had a bucket under it…need I say more! I would say this hotel is more -2* than 2*! It needed some tender loving care!

Very bad place to stay

No security or safety at the hotel the day before we leave someone I think from the hotel staff at around 01:58 am in the was covering his face and jump on our room from the back door and the hotel did not informed police, I have the Video record from hotel cctv

Horrible property! Do not stay here! The hotel is in a bad condition with poor maintenance and service. My bathroom was dirty and full of ants. When I told them about it in the evening, they said cleaning staff will clean only next day when they come at 8 am and only if u call to request cleaning! This whole place is falling apart with an absentee owner and staff who just don’t care! When I told one staff member that I willbgive a bad review that will be bad for the , he just said people have been giving bad reviews but the hotel is still full! He also said I should have booked with Agoda instead of Expedia coz I wold have got a much lower rate!

It could have been much better

They charge for water bottles and also toiletries were not given. Towels were not clean thank go we had our own stuff handy. Property is good, close to all famous and fancy restaurants clubs and other attractions. Overall it was a good experience.
