Really cute little boutique hotel. Great staff and super convenient location. Only issue was the street-facing (ocean view) rooms are very loud at night due to street noise.

Nice location. A few minutes walk from the ferry dock and 15 minutes walk from the North Beach. Their staff is very friendly. They helped us to book the Dolphin Discovery in a discounted price and offered us beach towels when we were going to the beach.

I returned to Isla Mujeres for the first time in 10 years and was so pleasantly surprised to find the island vibrant, lively and with so many things to do. I had a great feeling about Hotel Bahia Chac Chi and I was correct. It was lovely. The shower was everything after a long day of snorkeling. I loved having a balcony that looked out over the ocean. The pool was small but why use the pool when you have Playa Norte just a small walk away. The hotel staff were super helpful in both Spanish and English. I Would Highly Recomend.
