Hotel bem localizado próximo ao portal da cidade e apenas 5km da região central. Funcionários super atenciosos e prestativos. Hotel é maravilhoso, no momento da reserva eu solicitei se possível quarto em andares superiores e com varando prontamente foi atendido.

Um hotel que supera as espectativas

Ótimo hotel! Quarto excelente com ótima cama e banheiro. A limpeza é impecável, assim como o serviço de quarto. O café da manhã é servido em um amplo salão com diversas opções para o café. Todos os funcionários são extremamente educados e solícitos desde o check-in até o check-out. Outro ponto positivo é o valor das diárias. Quanto a localização não fica próximo ao centro turístico da cidade, porém, fica a cerca de duzentos metros de uma das principais avenidas de ligação da cidade, e já que Campos do Jordão é uma cidade que tem várias atrações distantes uma das outras, a localização do hotel acaba não sendo um problema

Hotel nota 7.

O melhor do Hotel são os funcionários, educados e atenciosos.O chuveiro é ótimo e o blackout tb. Agradeço à Manu e a Adriane do restaurante, o Cido da recepção e a Camareira, foram maravilhosos. Pontos negativos: Só tem café da manhã, não tem room service, tem que pedir ifood; A maneira de acomodação dos hóspedes, pois de todos os quartos apenas 3 ou 4 estavam ocupados, e colocaram todos juntos, assim não foi possível ter paz. Se o hotel estivesse cheio eu até entenderia, mas estando quase vazio, o ideal é alocar os hóspedes afastados. Creio que o fato do hotel ser longe do Capivari, as pessoas vão lá pra descansar. Tive que ir na farmácia comprar protetores auriculares pra conseguir dormir sem ser acordada pelas bateções de porta e outros barulhos provenientes do quarto abaixo e do quarto quase em frente. Até sugeri um tipo de freio com molas pra não baterem as portas com tanta força. Tive que ir na recepção reclamar com o Lucas. O hotel tem que ter regras quanto o horário de silêncio, e a questão de hóspedes que chegam na madrugada e falam alto no corredor, pois o hotel tem problemas de acústica, tu consegue ouvir os quartos abaixo e os ao lado. Então se de sorte dos hóspedes serem educados, a estadia será agradável, caso não sejam, usem tampões nos ouvidos como eu fiz. Até sugeriram que eu trocasse de quarto, mas eu me recusei e exigi que os hóspedes sejam orientados a respeitar o sossego após às 22 e antes das 8h da manhã. Depois da reclamação até melhorou o barulho.
