Minha experiência no hotel foi bastante decepcionante. O atendimento deixou a desejar, com pouca atenção e cordialidade por parte da equipe. O café da manhã foi o pior ponto: havia moscas sobre os alimentos, os pães estavam duros e acabei passando mal após tentar comer. Além disso, a cama era extremamente dura, dificultando o descanso, e o quarto estava visivelmente sujo, demonstrando falta de cuidado com a limpeza e manutenção. Infelizmente, não recomendaria o hotel e acredito que precisa de melhorias urgentes em vários aspectos para oferecer um mínimo de conforto e qualidade aos hóspedes.
