The impressive holiday villa Villa Mar is located in the southwest of the island of Mallorca with a breathtaking view of the small harbour and the turquoise bay of Portals Vells. Several terraces offer retreats from which you can enjoy the fantastic views. Villa Mar offers relaxation on several floors.
The renovated villa is beautifully decorated in an inviting Mediterranean style, with all the furniture, fittings and fixtures being of the highest quality.
The spacious living room is connected to the dining room and outdoor area via a few steps and has both a large screen TV and a fireplace. From here you have an impressive view of the sea.
Villa Mar has a total of 4 bedrooms. The master suite has a large bathroom with a free-standing bathtub overlooking the sea and an elegant walk-in wardrobe. In total there are 4 bathrooms and a toilet. The bright, modern rooms convey a feeling of pure holiday.
In the outdoor area, in addition to the infinity pool, you will also find luxurious sun loungers and chill-out zones, there is a barbecue area with dining table and summer kitchen, ideal for al fresco meals in the shade on the veranda.
