Raccolta differenziata
il sistema di raccolta differenziata della spazzatura è veramente curioso: i giorni sono prestabiliti in base alla tipologia di pattume ma chiaramente non possono coordinarsi con la durata dei soggiorni degli ospiti (se l'organico si raccoglie il martedì e io partirò domenica, cosa me ne faccio dell'organico prodotto tra mercoledì e sabato?) inoltre mi chiedo: perchè sabato mattina non hanno ritirato le bottiglie di vetro e la lattina che la sera prima avevo lasciato sulla soglia di casa? mistero! il resto? tranquillo.

la dolce vita
Calasetta est un endroit reposant le jour et animé en soiré, authentique où il fait bon vivre. La maison était idéalement située, proche de tout à pieds, calme et propre. Bien équipée, il manque juste un lave vaisselle et un micro-onde pour que ce soit parfait, nous le savions donc pas de problèmes. Il n'y a pas de place de parking attitrée, il faut donc stationner dans la rue mais cela ne pose pas de difficultés. Prévoir 80 euros pour le ménage final. Giacommo s'est montré disponible et a répondu à toutes nos questions. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Agosto a Calasetta
Abbiamo trascorso due settimane di Agosto in questa carinissima casetta. Ottima posizione centrale in paese e vicinissima alla spiaggia di Sottotorre, che è una bellissima spiaggia. Quindi la mattina variavamo destinazione e il pomeriggio comodamente andavamo a Sottotorre fino a tardo pomeriggio. La casa è attrezzatissima, pulita e comoda. I due bagni, entrambi con doccia, in una famiglia di quattro adulti, sono stati fondamentali. Il proprietario è molto gentile e presente, anche se non fisicamente sul posto. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema prontamente risolto. La casa è molto fresca e, sviluppandosi su due versanti, arieggiata.

Siamo stati benissimo. La casa è esattamente come descritta. L'entrata è privata. La casa si distribuisce su due piani: a pianterreno la zona giorno con cucina perfettamente accessoriata di pentole, stoviglie e posate, piano cottura e tavolo che ospita molto comodamente 4 persone e con bagno dotato di lavandino, box doccia, bidet e wc, in zona giorno è prende anche piccolo divano e di front televisine; al piano superiore, al quale si accede attraverso una scala in muratura, sono presenti due stanze, una matrimoniale e l'altra dotata di due letti singoli (tutti molto comodi) inoltre un altro bagno dotato di tutto come al piano inferiore. Sia al piano inferiore, come in ognuna della stanze da letto, è presente il condizionatore d'aria, i quali funzionano benissimo, anche se noi, praticamente, non li abbiamo mai utilizzati. Abbiamo trascorso due bellissime settimane di mare e sole. Va detto che Calasetta è luogo si' turistico, ma per famiglie con bambini piccoli oppure per turisti che cercano tranquillità, non per coloro a cui piace la vita notturna di discoteche, pub e simili. A noi è piaciuto moltissimo (padre, madre ed un figlio quindicenne). Il mare è, almeno alla vista, pulitissimo e trasparente. La spiaggia sottotorre, che si raggiunge a piedi in due minuti e forse anche meno, è molto carina, anche se nella parte superiore, da metà della spiaggia in poi, sul bagnasciuga, si concentrano alghe (non mucillagine, ma alghe, le quali si tolgono dai piedi e dalla parte inferiore delle gambe molto facilmente), personalmente non mi davano fastidio, ma sentivo altri turisti che si lamentavano. Nelle vicinanze ci sono anche altre spiagge. Ad esempio le saline, che abbiamo raggiunto a piedi in 20 minuti. Mi permetto di consigliare, se si vuole mangiare al ristorante, di prenotare con largo anticipo, perchè altrimenti non si trova posto. Abbiamo mangiato in quasi tutti i ristoranti, il migliore secondo noi e per il nostro gusto, è la Perla, ma si mangia bene anche alla Caletta, con posizione privilegiata direttamente sulla spiaggia, all'Approdo, al Veliero per pizza o primi piatti e PaniMauro dove mio figlio è stato capace di mangiarsi due panini con hamburger e patatine. Ringrazio il Sig. Giacomo Marsella, il quale, sempre con grande tatto e gentilezza e senza mai essere invadente, ci ha "seguito" prima, durante ed alla fine della nostra vacanza. Non abbiamo avuto nessun problema e tutto è stato perfetto. E un grazie anche a Calasetta tutta.

Bellissima esperienza, molto consigliata.
La casa di Giacomo è molto bella, pulita e super accessoriata con un delizioso cortiletto interno. Si trova nel punto più alto della cittadina di Calasetta con un panorama mozzafiato ed è molto silenziosa. Ottima l'accoglienza, è stata una bella esperienza. Super consigliata!
