The breakfast was ok. The shuttle bus was very late and was only free if you were staying four consecutive nights, but two rooms for two nights didnt count as such, even after they at first said it did. Dont expect any alchohol there is no bar, and two mebers of staff said it was illegal to sell us alcohol, which was rubbish. But the hotel is modern and very nice, and most of the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Expect timing delays of hotel pickup airport shuttle and hired car service. Room smells like cleaning products, the floor is uneven and the lighting LED flickering and not calming. This is not a 4 Star hotel, expect a 3 star quality level. Bed mattresses are uncomfortable. Rooftop restaurant is excellent however with great view of Pyramids. No elevator means you will climb many stairs with luggage.

The staff went above and beyond. I shared it was my moms bday and they decorated her room and got us a cake. Both Marina and Ahmed were so helpful. My dad got sick and the hotel provided us with medicine. Ahmed also built an itinerary based on what we wanted to see and took care of transportation. The drivers and guide we got were also super friendly. My parents enjoyed it greatly.

Big bed room and clean, unfortunately the bathroom smelled very bad. Staff are friendly and helpful. The road out side of the hotel was dark after sunset and lots on wild dogs. The residential area was clean and quiet. The airport shuttle was not free unless staying over 4nights.

For a hotel that has only been open for 8 months they more than reached our expectations! Both the staff and hotel were amazing. There was nothing more we could have wanted as options for our breakfast and only steps away from the pyramids and the sphinx. The tour and guides they arranged for us were top notch. Property is located in a relatively quiet area, but within a comfortable walking distance from all the local shops, restaurants and amenities. It has been thoughtfully decorated in both ancient Egyptian and modern themes. However, the best selling point of this property is its staff who are extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They are willing to go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. One can conveniently book all manners of tours and excursions with a great piece of mind. I would particularly like to mention Ra’uf and Ahmed who could not do enough to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. They are a real credit and great asset for this establishment. And I very much hope that their employers value and cherish them and credit them accordingly. As without their dedication and commitment this establishment cannot function and deliver an excellent service to its customers. Very well done and thank you 🙏
