The Space:

Designed for Cairns' tropical lifestyle, this contemporary home combines bright open interiors with generous outdoor spaces, creating a welcoming setting for groups travelling with pets.



The open-plan living area forms the heart of the home, with comfortable lounge seating and a 55-inch Smart TV creating a welcoming space to relax and reconnect. Netflix is available using your own login, making movie nights effortless. Nearby, the dedicated games area features a pool table, sofa, and casual bar seating, creating a gathering place for friendly competition. The well-equipped kitchen makes self-catering easy, with modern appliances, including a coffee pod machine for easy mornings.



The expansive outdoor entertaining area is the home's standout feature. Overlooking the sparkling private pool and landscaped gardens, the covered patio creates a seamless extension of the indoor living space. Spend sunny days swimming, fire up the Weber BBQ for alfresco meals, or relax on the sun loungers and hammock in the tropical breeze. Shade sails provide cooling shade, while the fully fenced yard offers a secure space for children and pets to play.



Four well-appointed bedrooms provide a comfortable retreat at day's end. The primary bedroom features a king bed, built-in robes, and a private ensuite, while two additional bedrooms offer queen beds. The fourth bedroom includes two king single beds that can be combined into a queen on request. A central family bathroom with a shower and bathtub, plus a separate laundry with washer and dryer, adds convenience for longer stays.



Split-system air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout ensure year-round comfort. The driveway provides off-street parking for two vehicles, plus room for a caravan or boat. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use.



Guest Access:

The Neighborhood:

Positioned in one of Cairns' most convenient northern suburbs, this home places you close to everyday essentials, natural attractions, and some of Tropical North Queensland's most iconic experiences. Smithfield Shopping Centre is just a three-minute drive or a 17-minute walk away, offering supermarkets, cafés, casual dining, retail stores, and Event Cinemas. Nature lovers can explore the beautiful Cattana Wetlands within minutes of the property. This 80-hectare conservation reserve features peaceful lakes, elevated boardwalks, walking trails, picnic areas, and abundant wildlife, making it ideal for morning walks and birdwatching. The world-famous Skyrail Rainforest Cableway is also nearby, providing a spectacular journey above World Heritage-listed rainforest to Kuranda. The Australian Armour & Artillery Museum is only seven minutes away, offering one of the largest collections of armoured vehicles, artillery pieces, and military history exhibits in the Southern Hemisphere.



Getting Around:

Parking: Ample off-street parking is available in the driveway, with space for two vehicles, as well as a caravan or boat.



Airport: Cairns Airport is approximately a 16-minute drive away.



Public Transport: The nearest bus stop is an 11-minute walk from the property.

Amenities

We provide a generous amount of amenities as a "start up" for your stay. These include shampoo, conditioner, body soap, dishwasher & laundry sheets, toilet paper, tissues, salt/pepper, cooking oil, tea, coffee & sugar. If your stay is longer than a few days, you will need to top up to suit your needs.



Linen/Towels

Our linen is hotel quality and professionally cleaned. Each guest is provided 1 bath towel and 1 pool towel. Additionally, we have bath mats, hand towels, and face washers. Please be sure to register the correct number of guests to ensure our linen provision suits your needs.



Bag Storage

Bag storage before or after your stay is available at Stasher Luggage (next to The Jack Hotel), 52 Spence Str, Cairns.
