Fantastic vacation

The resort and staff were amazing! Loved the ammenties, gym, pool and restaurant. The condo was very nice and had everything that we needed. Only issue was a water leak in the ceiling that started in a bedroom bathroom and then went to a hallway and then down a wall.

2024 Family Vacation

Property was great. Host Johnathan was also great in helping us plan everything and collect what was needed. Only let down was the online pictures are not updated. The bunk room pictured is no longer. There are 2 queen beds as stated in the print. We didn't read the description and have learned our lesson going forward.

Overall, a stay at the hacienda is always a little slice of heaven. There were just little things with this unit that were not up to snuff with the other two units we've been in. The first is the dryer. It squeaks non-stop and is quite loud. There is also a little notch of metal or an indent on on the inside just big enough to get shirts caught on it. There was one minor tear to my grandson"s tshirt. Secondly, we grilled one night for dinner, and the screw on the right side of the grilll came off (which is quite heavy) so my husband had to come and lift the lid for me to finish grilling. It could have been much worse, but it worked out fine. Other than that, the cleaning service and overall accomodations were great. The down comforter in the master bedroom is super comfy. The unit could use alot more coffee mugs, but the location was terrific. We love being in building 5!

Great place, great service through Alan and Cabo Platinum

We came down with 9 people in my family. The place was great and the service exceptional. Alan with Cabo Platinum was a great host. He helped organize what we wanted to do and was very attentive. I have stayed at some of the nicest places in Cabo and I would put Hacienda up with them. And the location is perfect if you want to be in town or on Modano beach.

Best location in Cabo!

HBC is my favorite place to stay in Cabo. The location is perfect. Property well maintained with amazing service. You can swim in the water here and they have kayaks and SUP at no charge. Relax on the beach with full service -chair set up, food and drinks. There are vendors selling all types of things and massage therapist if you want a massage while you lay on beach. Just a few steps away there are lots of restaurants and massages on outdoor decks ($39 for 1 hour). We had 10 moms/daughters and felt very safe and spoiled by the staff.

My husband and I have stayed at Hacienda several times. We like this unit because it is in building five. It is closest to the restaurant and pool and farthest from the noise at night. Daniela from Cabo Platinum was very helpful with arranging restaurants and in villa services.

Love the location

We have stayed at this location before and knew what to expect as far as the resort. I would suggest inquiring about construction going on a the complex prior to booking as both times there was heavy construction noise around the pool area. The staff at the resort are incredible and very helpful. But be aware that you are booking this specific unit through a 3rd party that has an independent concierge services, rather than the concierge onsite so it can be a little confusing. If I had not stayed there before I would not have known about all the free amenities available onsite (paddle boards, kayaks, snorkel gear) and there was no handbook to be found in the unit upon arrival. There were a few maintenance issues but the onsite concierge handled right away. It is also worth noting that the bunk bed room does not have an ensuite. There is a powder room in the hall, but no shower. Overall a good stay and great rates through the off season.

Great condo at an awesome resort!

We loved this condo! Was very spacious and clean! It was easy to check in! The resort is awesome and is a perfect location where you can walk to marina and downtown! Highly recommend staying at this unit! Had great views of the ocean!
