Beautiful beachfront condo with a huge balcony for dining, while overlooking a delightfully zen garden area, pool and Kite Beach!

Take a long, relaxed breath and sink into the best location in Cabarete. Quiet, safe, and centrally located, but a 2-minute walk from great bars and restaurants. Kitesurfing, surf or paddleboard right on the beach, or take a very short drive or occasional walk to Encuentro Surf Beach or the downtown area.

Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with central AC, a fully equipped kitchen, balcony, grill, dishwasher, washer/dryer, large living room, giant balcony for dining, boardgames and fitness equipment (bands, yoga matts, swiss ball), and a computer monitor for working. 1600 square feet / 150 square meters. Great for entertaining.

The building includes an elevator, private parking, two full time security guards and full time gardeners.
