We arrived at 10:30. Our Bus was late due to accident on the highway. No staff they left at 10pm with note on door of who to call. We called both numbers many times and it went to voicemail. Another guest let us in the lobby and we found two room keys. The first was clearly not the deluxe suite but the second was so we stayed in that room for the night and left a message for the hotel on the desk. Unbelievable. If the other guess had not come to unlock the door and let us in we would have been sleeping on the beach. I need to be compensated for this terrible experience.

Ça fait plus de 25 ans que je vais au Brésil, un des plus chaleureux hôtel que j’ai rencontré. Super accueillant le personnel d’une gentillesse incroyable. Juste en face de la mer avec surveillance et service de l’hôtel à la plage. De plus le resto de l’hôtel avec terrasse en face de la mer, est excellent, passez un séjour merveilleux avec ma fille et petite fille. Je vais y retourner souvent.

Passé 2 jours merveilleux, personnel chaleureux et avenants. Excellent petit déjeuner , chambre propre, grande et super bien aménagé. Minha experiência no hotel foi mista. A proposta é interessante, com acomodações que incluem banheira e sauna, o que chama atenção, principalmente pelo valor mais elevado da diária. No entanto, a impressão geral ficou prejudicada pela falta de manutenção. A estrutura tem um estilo rústico, que poderia ser um charme, mas aparenta descuido. As áreas externas, como piscina e jardim, precisam de mais atenção. A região do bar da piscina, por exemplo, estava sendo usada para guardar entulhos, o que compromete bastante o ambiente. Além disso, as escadas estavam frequentemente sujas de areia, mesmo sendo um hotel em frente à praia, seria importante ter alguém responsável por manter a limpeza ao longo do dia. O café da manhã é bom, apesar de ter poucas opções, tudo estava saboroso. Os funcionários foram atenciosos durante a estadia, o que foi um ponto positivo. Um problema importante foi o ar-condicionado do quarto, que estava com defeito, pingando e fazendo bastante barulho. Mesmo após tentativa de manutenção, o problema não foi resolvido. Acabei passando o domingo inteiro aguardando um técnico que não apareceu, o que gerou bastante desconforto e perda de tempo. Como forma de compensação, o hotel ofereceu um almoço cortesia, o que foi uma boa iniciativa, mas não compensou totalmente o transtorno. Considerando o valor cobrado, esperava uma estrutura mais bem cuidada e um serviço de manutenção mais eficiente.

Apesar de, na nossa chegada, o ambiente não estar totalmente limpo, durante toda a estadia a limpeza foi impecável. A equipe merece destaque: todos são extremamente solícitos, educados e atenciosos. Em especial, o recepcionista Felipe, que se destacou pela prestatividade e cordialidade. Na praia, o atendimento do Carlos também foi excelente e digno de elogios. Como sugestão de melhoria, o espumante servido no café da manhã aos domingos poderia ser oferecido como uma taça de boas-vindas no momento do check-in. Além disso, a música ao vivo no restaurante seria melhor aproveitada pelos hóspedes se tivesse início por volta das 17h, em vez de encerrar nesse horário, já que muitos ainda estão na praia durante a tarde. Essa mudança provavelmente contribuiria para aumentar o consumo no restaurante.
