Hotel esta abandonado, cama desconfortavel, ar condicionado nao funciona, roupa de cama tinha marcas de maquiagem, tive que ir no shopping comprar fronha de travesseiro e toalhas, chuveiro ruim, cafe da manha e pessimo pior que ja vi, de pao dormido, frutas passadas, com suco de pozinho (nao e natural) e nao tinha agua nem suco um dia... Duas coisas boas eh a localizacao pe na areia e o bar da piscina(que estava bem suja)!!!

Horrible wifi only worked in lobby, no hot water, sandy floors, poor service and communication at reception - didn't work well with hotels.com reservation and on top of everything THE SHOWER ELECTRICUTED ME!.. Plus the sheets didn't fit well so they came off while we were sleeping so you woke up on a disgusting overly used mattress.. All that for $100 really?

O hotel é bem localizado, frente para a praia, entretanto, as condicoes de mantenção são muito ruins, ar condicionado e geladeira enferrujadas e com mau cheiro, portas com cupins e roupa de cama e banho extremamente gastas.

Quarto velho eos cobertores com cheiro de poeira a gerente mal humorada,não resolve nada o barulho dos outros quartos de arrasta cama era costante o cafe da manha bolo duro e falta alimentos poque eles não repor para outras pessoas ,agua da piscina suja o ralo do banheiro com cheiro de enchofre e a pia do banheiro entupido ou seja estou muito arrependido nota 0.

Não era assim uma das grandes maravilhas, consegui ficar no quarto por que não ligo muito, mas, a tv não havia condição de se assitir, a janela estava emperrada por conta da maresia, a geladeira estava em condições complicadas também devido a maresia, entendo tudo isso, mas poderiam pelo menos tentar dar uma repaginado no local, como disse, consegui ficar de boa.

Pior experiência de hotel

O Hotel está um caos absoluto. Quando chegamos e vimos as condições do quarto e as instalações, pedimos reembolso, uma vez que nada condizia com as fotos do app. No entanto, o hotel se recusou por não ser reembolsável (deve ser de propósito). Nós trocaram de quarto 3 vezes (maçaneta quebrada, frigobar enferrujado, chuveiro péssimo, toalhas encardidas, cama sem lençol de cima, um cheiro horrível, box com cabelo no box, abertura ao lado do ar condicionado - o que proporcionou entrada de mosquitos - e colchão péssimo. Detalhe, esse era o perfil de todos os quartos. Quanto à área externa, piscina com lodo e muita areia, sauna quebrada, chuveiro da sauna e de entrada do hotel, para quem retorna da praia, sem água. A água do hotel é salobra e amarelada, sem condições sequer de escovar os dentes. Ah, o café da manhã tinha presunto azedo, refresco de pozinho e xícaras sujas, inclusive de molho de salsicha. Enfim, foi a pior experiência de hotel da minha vida. Pagamos 3 diárias e ficamos duas porque não aguentamos!

O hotel fica muito bem localizado, de frente pra praia com funcionários atenciosos, mas até aí é o único ponto bom. A estrutura é boa, com bom potencial, mas perece que a última reforma foi há muitos anos, quarto com cheiro de mofo, banheiro com azulejo amarelado, madeira do teto e embaixo da pia gasta, favorecendo acúmulo de mosquitos. Colchão terrível, muito difícil de dormir. Tentamos tomar uma ducha na sauna e o chuveiro não abria. Se ganhar uma reforma fica um bom hotel, mas por hora foi uma estadia muito desconfortável, principalmente para dormir.
