Die Unterkunft war fĂŒr unsere Situation mit 2 Senioren super. Keine Stufen, 2 BĂ€der mit barrierefreien Zugang zur Dusche. Komplette KĂŒche mit großem KĂŒhlschrank und in beiden Zimmern Tisch und Fernseher. Die BĂ€der und die Böden sauber. Leider einige Haare auf der Schlafcouch. Diese sollte mal ausgetauscht werden da sie keine vollwertige Schlafgelegenheit fĂŒr 2 Personen und ziemlich durchgelegen ist. Die BalkontĂŒren im Wohnraum waren leider defekt. Auf der kippbaren TĂŒre war schon ein Hinweis, sie nicht zu öffnen, die zweite hatte keine Kippfunktion und hat unten auch schon nicht richtig verriegelt. Auch ein Klodeckel war nicht fest und rutschte hin und her. Die Dusche war schön, aber es dauerte mindestens 2 bis 3 Minuten bis warmes Wasser kam.Die Lage ist super und Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor der Wohnung viele vorhanden.

Das Apartment ist aus dem CP Bestand, etwas in die Jahre gekommen.Beide „Badezimmer“ sind renovierungsbedĂŒrftig, besonders Toiletten und Dusche. Ausstattung ist okay, KĂŒche ist sehr zusammengewĂŒrfelt. Der Grill war im grenzwertigem Zustand. Gerne mal Fenster putzen.

die Wohnung bietet Platz fĂŒr4 Personen, die Lage ist gut.Die Wohnung allerdings nicht besonders sauber. in einem Bad ist das WC sehr locker, in dem anderen Bad ist der Deckel des WCs locker, so das man Angst haben muss wegzurutschen. Dies ist alles wohl lĂ€nger bekannt und nicht behoben worden.Auch die Fernbedienung vom Fernseher geht immer noch nicht.von der Mikrowelle habe ich eine riesige Staubschicht abgewischt und von Grundreinigung kann nicht die Rede sein, es ist grob gesĂ€ubert worden.der Abfluss in der KĂŒche scheint verstopft zu sein und riecht nach dem SpĂŒlen sehr unangenehm. leider sind auch keine MĂŒllbeutel vorrĂ€tig, muss man sich wohl mitbringen. die Lage ist prima und chek in und chek out auch, aber Sauberkeit und MĂ€ngelbehebung ist furchtbar

Im Badezimmer stand eine Tischlampe, das Licht ging nicht , die SpĂŒlung lief auch ganz schlecht, wirkte verstopft. In der Dusche kam nur kaltes Wasser. Die eine Toilette wackelte. Die Vermieterin war nicht erreichbar, haben keine GĂ€stekarte bekommen. Die KĂŒchenschrĂ€nke waren teilweise dreckig. Im Wohnzimmer, war auch nur Licht durch eine Tischlampe

Wohnung okay, einige MĂ€ngel. Licht im Bad SZ noch immer defekt, alternative kleine Lampe aufgestellt. Wand-WC nicht vertrauensvoll, locker. TerrassentĂŒren ohne Kippfunktion, nur ĂŒber Nutzung von Sicherheitskette zur LĂŒftung, extrem warm in der Wohnung aufgrund von Heizungsrohren im Boden- Nicht abstellbar!!! WLan nur ĂŒber das öffentliche Center Parcs Netz, TV Fernbedienung defekt, nur manuell verstellbar. Geschirr zusammengewĂŒrfelt, 1 Kissen zu wenig, bei drei Personen. Matratzen stark abgenutzt. Terrassenmöbel stark verschmutzt, Grill mit Zigarettenstummeln vor dem SZ. Sind frĂŒher abgereist, da es Nachts zu warm zum schlafen war. Lage toll! Tossens super

Naja!

Wir waren 3 NĂ€chte in der Unterkunft. Angeben ist die Wohnung fĂŒr 5 Personen. Allerdings gibt es nur 4 SchlafplĂ€tze und 4 paar Oberbetten / Kissen! Das Licht im 2 Bad funktionierte gar nicht.
