Wir haben uns im Haus Tomte sehr wohl gefühlt.Leider war jeden Tag für etwa 1min ein lautes piepsen zu hören. Es muss mit den Wasserleitungen zu tun haben. Sobald mein einen Wasserhahn oder die Toilettenspülung benutzt hat war es weg. Mitten in der Nacht jedoch sehr nervig und besonders die Kids haben sich jedes Mal erschrocken.Der Müll soll bitte an die Straße gestellt werden vom Mieter. Für uns kein Problem. Die Vormieter haben dies jedoch anscheinend verpasst, da wir so gerade noch unseren papiermüll von einer Woche rein bekommen haben. Die nächsten Mieter haben leider ein Problem. Auch Glas wurde von den Vormietern nur zwischen die Mülltonnen gestellt anstatt es in den Kontainer zu bringen.An sich Kleinigkeiten die aber leider stören.Aber wie gesagt ein sehr schönes Haus mit Garten. Die Terrasse ist in südlage. Nicht einsehbar. Einfach toll.
