Small apartment-perfect for long weekend

Office located in back of building A... a little challenging to locate but easy to park out front and walk down the outside “hallways”. Nice check in area. Room was like a little apartment... fridge, freezer, 2 burner gas stove, sink, combo washer/dryer, pots/pans/dishes/silverware included. Plenty of walking access to various restaurants. Easy walk across street to beach. Great price for location and easy beach access and amenities.

the worst stay I’ve ever been

Room condition was different from what I saw when making the reservation. No partial see view, only construction site in front of window. Also, wrong payment was charged to me. The hotel charged other room’s payment due to the clark’s mistake. And considered it as not a big problem. Terrible service.

The beds are uncomfortable, very rigid and hard. The rooms need a good redecorating. It's a cheap stay in a great area. Otherwise, the rooms leave much to be desired.

Noisy morning Apt Hotel

Major construction going on next door. They start work at 6 am in the morning and end late at night. Very noisy at times. Booked a room for four adults but the amenities provided were for 2 pax.

Hotel is located in a very convenient spot making it virtually a beachfront with ready access to mini-marts, bars, restaurants and shops. Room was very comfortable and clean. Plenty of closet space, kitchette had large fridge, and plates and flatware. Partial view to the beach was very good. Staff very welcoming and prlfessional

Nice enough. Close to the beach and market place.

My original booked claimed partial beach views, but I was later told they don't actually have that. I was upgraded to a suite, which did if you consider the slightest peek between 2 other hotels as a "partial view". The beds are hard as rocks and they charge for extra towels, but otherwise it was quite nice. Very close to the beach and the main "strip". It was clean and bright. Basically if you like a very firm matress I would recommend. Just don't pay extra for a view! Lol

The staff are not friendly and helpful at all. I was staying at building B and after check in, I can't find the way to building B however the staff are not willing to show to to the way even they have 3 ppl there with no other guest and I have speak out I need help

Great hotel by the beach in Haeundae

Wonderful rooms We spayed in building B, in a huge obe bedroom with amazing views of the coty and beach Kids suite had a funky kiddie bed and some toys All new and clean Heated floors So much better than hotels we stayed in in Japan!

Room smell like hospital, used antiseptic

Staff were not friendly. Hotel reception, elevator and corridor did not look welcoming. Appears very metallic and very harsh. Room was not very clean too but the smell of antiseptic was overpowering somehow. I could see layer of dust on benches and wall of toilet. Three of us were given 1 bath towel only and 3 face towels. When we asked for more from the receptionist, we were told that was Korean style - ie Korean only use face towel as bath towel. The towels looked old by the way.
