The check in experience is always the same , I find it quite robotic and impersonal . ID £50 deposit Breakfast details , check out Dinner reservation . No welcome back , how was your day and plans etc … just an observation compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at . They need more Rudolph’s in the place for me !
