We had a wonderful stay. The staff were excellent—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The spa facilities were fantastic, and we especially loved the Finnish sauna, Turkish hammam, and the pool area. The breakfast was delicious with a beautiful view, making each morning very enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located in the old part of the city. It takes only about 5 minutes by car to reach Labi Hovuz, from where you can easily explore the main sightseeing attractions on foot. As an added bonus, we were allowed to check in a little earlier than the agreed time, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was good, but the roof terrace was not as nice as described in the review. And our standard room looked different on the website Hotels.com pictured. The room has a mini-window on the ground floor. For this, a frosted glass window and a glass door to the hallway, which is why dark curtains hang. The room was not adequate for the expensive room price
