I enjoyed the stay at the hotel when they gave us our room key the room we was in had a very loud heater so when I brought it to the attention, right away they switched us to a different room. The only thing that I didn’t like at all was that the first night the room next to us were very loud and music was very loud they were yelling and slamming the door open and shut. I thought the walls were soundproof but they weren’t. However overall I would definitely be back to stay again and I would recommend it to anyone who goes out that way.

We were charged for two rooms. But never got the hot tub room we origio asked for had to sit in the waiting room for a total of 4 hours fighting to get any sort of refund. We still were robbed of the majority of our weekend anniversary and it’s upsetting

Don’t let the lobby decor fool you

The staff was friendly but no one ever cleaned the room for 5 days. Someone would knock and say housekeeping, I would reply just a minute, leave the room, and no one would ever come back to clean. This happened everyday even after speaking with the front desk about it. Additionally it literally rained in the room. I’ve attached a video and photo. Also, one of the beautiful glass bowl sinks could hit be used because it wasn’t sealed well and ran water all over the floor and countertops. However, the bed was super comfortable.

It took an hour and a half to check in because the rooms weren’t ready in time. Then our cleark left and the other clerks gave away 2 king jacuzzi suits we were waiting for first. We also had horrible room service they served me a plan burnt burger no cheese, lettuce, onion or tomato they said they would put on it. I had to split my husband’s sandwich for dinner instead. Which they also forgot his sauce.
