My son loves watching trains and this hotel is near the train track. My son and I have been coming to this hotel for years and the staff is always so nice and friendly with my son and myself. I highly recommend this hotel.

Its a older hotel, but still felt clean. My only real complaint was the sausage in the morning. I had to spit it out. I realize that was continental so not a huge deal. I do recommend Charlie's sports bar up the street for food and a place to hang out.

Place was excellent except for the dog pooh all over the place and the beds. My entire family stayed for Christmas eve and not one of use got good sllep. The beds are horrible. Very hard and lumpy.

First room was smelly and dirty but was moved to a much cleaner room! Definitely needs some upgrades. When a bunch of kids are coming in maybe keep them on the bottom floor and couples upstairs. Very loud and curtains don’t close.
