Unhappy stay in dirty noisy hotel.

I booked for two nights but left after one, despite there not being the option of my money back. As a woman traveller on my own I felt cramped and unsafe in this dirty hotel. The doors to the balcony did not close properly and the street was also very noisy. A lovely neighbourhood with other hotels worth considering but I will never stay in this one again. Was an unpleasant and unhappy experience. In my haste to get away I also left behind by mistake my favourite white t-shirt!

No customer service at all, the rooms are terrible old , cables everywhere , no outlets to connect your phone unless you disconnect the table lamp , Wi-Fi no signal at all or really bad, I asked for 2 rooms , they were really far apart , elevator if you want to use the cart for your baggage, you don't fit and no bellboy service , on the hallways you see internet routers holding on the walls also holes on the selling . I forgot a phone charger and I went back the next day and nobody knows about it . At 1 am I have had to moved to another room after complaining for an hour because it was a terrible noise coming from the walls and I couldn't sleep. The next morning I moved to another Hotel and nobody helped me with my baggage again and the receptionist were just checking in new customers and they don't care about. Really bad service and amenities were really bad No for international travelers.

Ive stayed at this hotel twice and really the only downside is their terrible connection to wifi. The same rhing happenes the second time. The first time a staff member came up to the room and tried to adjust some things, unsuccessfully. Its not even a strong signal in the main lobby.

I was very disappointed with this hotel...photos are deceiving and rooms are soo old, outdated & rundown that wife cried in disappointment upon arrival!!! Floor was dirty, scratches & stain marks on the walls, furnitures unstable, lift takes 10 mins to arrive, dog hair all over carpet in hallways, house keepers makes bed but don’t change the sheets!!! Worst hotel I’ve booked in my years of traveling... quite frankly disappointed that they have it online..!!! Deceitful & a rip off

The property was unclean and very poor maintenance. You should not present this hotel as a 4 stars hote. The WiFi was disconnected on December 31th. The hot water did no worked during nights.

Old but good value for size.

Good Service. Really nice apartment size. 2 bedrooms with 2 baths. Was very convinient for family of 4. Good value. Sizewise, best suite I had. But. Big but. Everything is super old and decrepit. Bathrooms, tiles, sinks, closets, showers. Everything feels 20 years old and about to fall apart. I can see people not be able to look past that. But size/value made up for this. Breakfast was dismal too, but it was food ;)
